On February 5th I was looking to trade in my 2016 JEEP WRANGLER SPORT. I went to Bosak and my vehicle was appraised for basically nothing because I was told it needed about $12,000 worth of repairs. Ive barely had this JEEP a year and have kept up regular maintenance on it. I was notified that I was still within warranty for my vehicle. I left my JEEP there. Several days passed & I heard nothing from this dealership concerning the condition. I went to see what was going on. They had opened up my engine &showed me that they found metal shards in my oil pan. However, they were still waiting on the inspector to show up and assess the repairs. A week later I finally heard back from the dealership and was told that the warranty denied my claim due to pre-existing conditions??? If there were any pre-existing conditions it was sold to me that way. It was actually a trade in that was sold to me prior to any inspection being done to it for it to be considered a pre-owned certified vehicle. Theres no way that this vehicle being 8 yrs old at the time of purchase should run the same cost of a NEW JEEP. They sold me a warranty at the time of purchase, the best one they offer, which still did not cover the repairs to my vehicle. IF NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE TO MY VEHICLE I KEPT UP WITH THE OIL CHANGES and come to find out my vehicle needs a WHOLE NEW ENGINE!! Im completely devastated by this as I still owe a whole new car loan on a vehicle thats irreparable and not drivable. Per the warranty contract, the $200 deductible is waived if I return the vehicle to the dealership to have covered repairs done. I believe the dealership did not want to have these repairs covered under the warranty as prior to this discovery I was looking to trade in my vehicle.

They tell me theyre emailing me an application to email back which I do yesterday night (11/12/24) then they proceed to call me back saying oh you need to do it online too?? For what I just filled it out, thats gonna run my credit twice for no reason. Sounds like someone doesnt know what theyre doing and shoulda had me do that the first time. But you cant cause its a business loan theres no where to input business info. Then proceeds to tell me we didnt do anything wrong why are you upset youve called me 4 times asking me for the same thing after each different person including ****** ****** ***** and ****, all say oh Ill call you back and find out then someone else calls and asks the same thing they were supposed to find out an hour ago LOL Ive worked for dealerships in sales and finance for over 9 years of my life. Never have I encountered people like these clowns LMAO dont your BDC **** leave notes in vin solutions files? These clowns just lost me buying 2-4 cars from them in the future considering my business goes through roughly 8 financed cars a year and 2-3 paid off ones. They called me 5 times asking for the same thing after having the same conversation with multiple people (screenshots of calls below)

I bought a 2013 dodge ram tradesman on September 8th 2023. It was a used certified vehicle and we were told bosak does inspections and never puts anything on the lot that is in bad shape. Well Sunday December 3rd 2023 my fiance and ******* daughter were in the truck and the truck died out in the middle of the road and it was towed to bosak. I tried calling the next day to tell them what happened and the gentleman who I talked to ***** was very rude and told me they do their own checks. Later that day they text me asking me where the truck was because they could not find it, then they found it and lost the keys my fiance went up there to see what is going on after he got a hold of the tow truck driver and they told my fiance to buy a new key(400 dollars) and charge the tow company, I talked to the driver and he said bosak called him earlier asking about where it was and the keys and he told them how the keys are in the drop box, I left work earlier to go up there and they found the keys after they miss placed them and had them with another truck. Now they are saying 3 pulleys went bad, my battery, my belt and possibly my alternator and want me to pay for this when I have not even had the truck for 3 months. I also paid **** dollars in cash for a warranty. I also had to buy a battery for 276 dollars and bring it to them since they wanted almost 400 for a battery and the total they wanted me to pay so far was 891 dollars and now down to 534 since I brought a battery

We had our 2014 *** Acadia Denali towed to Bosak on 9/16/22, because it was overheating. Spoke to a young lady who said that the first appointment available was on 9/23/22, but since we were a returning customer, they would try to fit us in earlier. So, we sent the car to the shop. We called a few times during the week, and there were no openings, so the 9/23/22 finally got here. We called them around 11:30 or so and spoke with ******. ****** told us that the vehicle was being diagnosed, and that he would give us a call. We called the shop again around 3:30 p.m. and spoke with ******. He said that unfortunately, the mechanic was not done with the diagnostic, and that he does, the mechanic, work on Saturday (9/24/22), and so does he (******). Saturday came, and my husband called and spoke with a ***** lady, do not know her name, but she informed my husband that ****** was off. My husband expressed his frustration to the young lady, and she told him that she would give the message to ******. Monday, 9/26/22, came, it is 2:16 p.m., and we hadn't received a call from anyone regarding our car, or a diagnostic. Called and asked for the service department. ***** answered the phone. I asked to speak with ******, and he said he was on a break. I informed him that I was calling to get information about our 2014 *** Acadia ******, and he said the one that was overheating, and I said yes. Explained the situation to *****, and he asked if I would like for him to page ******. I said yes please. I was on hold, and ***** came back and informed me that ****** did not answer the page. I asked who the service department manager was, and he said *** or ****, and would I like to speak with them. I said yes, and he placed me on hold. He came back and said that no one picked up so he would personally go up to make sure someone answered the phone. ****** picked up, and explained, but I asked for manager. **** answered, explained, and he said he'd follow through personally. Waiting on call.

I am rejecting this response because:

We picked up the car yesterday, around 5:33 or so. We got a call from ****** around 9:38 a.m. saying that the heater hose was bad, and that the cost would be $1072 plus tax. We told him to go ahead and do the repair. He said that the dealership next door had the part, which I felt was sarcasm, as it is a *** or ********* dealer, and that the repair should take around 5 hours.Said ok, and he called us around 2:49 and said the car was ready for pick up, and it was horrible. Here is a description that I submitted on yelp, and my husband has video footage as well. I have not contacted Bosak as of yet, but as soon as I have, I will forward another email. I wasn't sure of where to put this update.

Yesterday, 9/27/22, we picked up our 2014 *** Acadia from Bosak Motors Jeep Dealership, after being without a vehicle for 11 days. When we pulled in the lot, we saw our vehicle, and I noticed there was a puddle of liquid of some kind in the front of the vehicle, closest to the bumper on the right hand side, towards the front of the bumper. The color was reddish brown, orangey, or some type of color, not sure. Because we already had a complaint with the BBB, didnt want to go in as a disgruntled customer. I asked my husband if it was ok for me to say something about the liquid I saw. He said yes. I asked ****** about it, and he said, and this my not be verbatim, but he said oh, the mechanic took the hose and rinsed off everything, and its probably from that running down off the engine. He said the technician drove it for 10 miles, and everything was fine. I said oh, ok. So we got in the car, and we had to go straight to the gas station. The low fuel light was on. We put $10 in the car, another $5, and then another $14. Never since weve had the vehicle has it been this empty. So were driving, and my husband noticed the gage showing hot and cold was higher than normal. The highest it can go is 260, and it was fluctuating between 240 and 250 on a constant. When the car was running, you could here the fan running, like its running rough, and it was only 56 degrees. When we made it home, the needle for the temperature gauge was over 250, bouncing up and down. Originally, we took the car to them because the car was running hot, and the fan continued to run while the car was off. I took the time to look up the vision of Bosak, and how they treat their customers. Now this may not be verbatim, and may not be exact. It stated that Bosaks has a firm belief on how to treat people right that has remained steadfast over the years strengthening and continuing through the years. Also said that Bosak has become synonymous with superior sales, selection, and service. Theyre a 5 star dealer. Its vision continues to evolve as the family continuously seeks the most effective ways to better service their customers needs. They state that they have been a trusted part of the community for almost a century, and their brand is well-known for reliability and superior performance. Bosak says that their friendly and highly knowledgeable staff is dedicated to the customers satisfaction. Weve received none of that. All of the above statements are false, and lacks truth at this point and time. All we want is our vehicle fixed correctly, and a loaner vehicle while it is being repaired. That would be the highest form of trust in the community and dedication to customer satisfaction. I will let you know our outcome.

I spoke with ****** again and he confirmed that he in fact did tell me $****** but that he had made a mistake and that it was a miscommunication!!!! I have called numerous times to the dealership and they will not return my calls or talk to me and they are holding my truck. I never authorized a $4,800 repair!!! I only authorized $****** repair! Their employee should be held responsible for his mistake!!! I need your help to get my Jeep back!!! Bosak replaced the **** RACK AND PENION on my 2012 Jeep Liberty, when i picked my vehicle up i noticed there were still a lot of play in the steering wheel, they set a date for me to bring it back into the shop for the STEERING RACK but when I picked my vehicle up for the second for the same problem the STEERING WHEEL looser. The machanic that did the work said that is the way it should be. We were stuck in the middle of a PANDEMIC where everything stood still. I took my vehicle to *****************************, they evaluated my vehicle for a STEERING RACK AND PENION. BOSAK MOTORS did not repair my vehicle the way they said the did, they were paid twice for the same problem. I could not drive my jeep to often because of that problem.

We are sorry to hear that Ms. ***** is still having problems with the steering on her Jeep.   Bosak Motors successfully repairs hundreds (thousands) of vehicles every year and take pride in making the repair correct.  The repairs that were made to the steering were on 7/8/2019 & 7/20/2019 at mileage of *****. The repairs were covered by her extended warranty and all she had to pay was the deductible. After the last repair to the steering on 7/20/2019, Ms. ***** has returned five (5) different occasions for oil changes and a brake light coming on as well as oil leaking. No repairs to brakes or oil leak were done to the vehicle. This mileage is now at ***** on 6/16/2021. During this time there was no mention of any ongoing concerns for the steering that were stated on any of the last five return visits. While we were in the pandemic time she was still returning with the vehicle for other concerns. We would welcome a return to inspect the problem, however this has been over three (3) years since the original repair was completed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and look forward to inspecting the vehicle.
