Ive never written a review of a business before, but ive never been so impressed by a business before either. ***** & all the other designers & engineers that i worked with at Landmark to customize & build our home were so helpful and always there when i needed them. step by step through design & permitting. With coordinating the delivery & helping me trouble shoot the building process. I continue to be sincerely impressed & blown away by ****** attention to my project and my experience. The level of professionalism mixed with personal connection and understanding has made this process so enjoyable I cant recommend them enough. Hats off to you ***** & company. *****! & Thank You!

******, Thank you for an exceptional review! We really appreciate it. Yes, it was a lot of fun designing your home and helping you through the building phases. A custom, modern design specifically designed for you and the building site. The tall volume ceilings with a lot of glass in the walls below, courtyard, hallway gallery, modernistic single pitch roof system... it is just a really cool home. ****** Tree, ** is a very unique area, and we worked together to make sure the home design is as you want it to be. You took the extra initiative to be deeply involved with every detail of the building processes which is also really cool. It was a lot of fun navigating the project with you and helping you make it come to a reality. Our continued communication throughout the project was also enjoyable. I am glad we were able to help all the way along and have some fun at the same time. Our personal connection with customers really is a big reward for us as well. Just makes everything a lot better. *** worked with Landmark and ******************* for the last year and a half on a dream house design in a small mountain town in ********. Working with ***** has been an excellent experience. His depth of knowledge and experience is truly astounding. I cant speak highly enough about how my needs as a client were considered every step of the way. Through MANY redesigns and working with a strict historical district, we were able to create a home design that met my familys needs as well as those of the community. They did a great job with all phases of the project. Everything went as planned, and at a reasonable price. They were extremely easy to contact (and friendly) throughout the whole process. At my suggestion, a coworker has been in contact with them, and will probably use them for his home.Landmark Home & Land Company

I built two homes with landmark. The workmanship And precision of their product was amazing. Both homes were modified from the Thousands of plans on their website to fit our specific needs.. Working with ***** was a great experience. We got a great product for the price I will do it again if I need to build another home.Landmark Home & Land Company

When I decided to build a detached *** in my backyard as a rental property in ********** the general contractors I spoke to quoted sky high prices to construct a stick built unit. I felt discouraged...until...I started looking into options for owner builders who wish to self manage their project. I began investigating a prefab panel home based on a 2 BR, 2 BA floorplan I had in mind. I came across Landmark on the Internet and looked no further. Without a doubt, the very best decision I made on my *** journey was working with this tremendous company run by two brothers who give their all to their customers. I had the pleasure of working with *******************, one of the most outstanding communicators I've come across in business dealings (or any dealings for that matter). His customer service is beyond compare. He responded immediately to my numerous questions and always with a "can do" positive attitude. He and his design team made the permit process run so smoothly (after hearing horror stories about how excruciatingly long it takes). I'm excited to say our permit approval took 9 weeks from start to finish, which is practically unheard of in my area. Our building process has been quick and smooth with an end goal of having the *** rented by Dec 2023, having just gotten permit approval in July. I thank ***** and his wonderful team who made this possible. We had minimal revisions requested by the city because the plans were detailed and so well put together in a complete professional package. I received much positive feedback from the city. If you're looking for a high caliber company that offers top notch customer service to support your *** building efforts from start to finish, I recommend Landmark. They will work with you as a team so you can self-manage your project. Their product is of the highest quality and the end result is nothing short of amazing and beautiful. I can't express enough how thankful, grateful and appreciative I am for ***** and the Landmark team!Landmark Home & Land Company

Thank you for an amazing review *****! Yes, it was a lot of fun working on your project. When you first contacted us you were concerned about costs, permits, timelines, the unique access issues to your site and other details. Together we worked to overcome each issue and make your ADU a reality. What is truly incredible is that you hadn't built anything before so you we were able to work together to develop a process, design and cost that allowed your ADU to become a reality. Yes, we even got through permit review very quickly which is a major accomplishment for your building department in **********.
The coolest thing is that your dream of having an ADU built within your design and building site requirements, timeline and budget is achieved. We enjoyed the challenge and are up to it again. We believe the design, engineering and permitting plan set is the most important portion of a project. Yes, the quality panelized home package is extremely important as well, but the preplanning, design work, project coordination and scheduling are key elements to any successful project, large or small anywhere in the country or the world. All the upfront work we both did made it much easier and more enjoyable! We made a great team.

LHLC is incredible. I needed to fit ************* inside budget, county building codes, HOA parameters and all design needs. I worked with ******************* direct, he had great communication, great service, helpful knowledge and walked me through the entire process. I fully recommend ******************* and Landmark Home. The design, materials and delivery are all first class. These days, many companies find ways to cut corners... do the minimum. Just the opposite with Landmark. Super great design process. Amazing quality of materials and build. Great instructions for your on-site construction team.
