I ordered a product from this company over 2 weeks ago and I have not received it nor am I able to get a hold of anyone. I have emailed them quite a few times asking for status of my order and I have heard nothing in return. On 4-27-2023 I ordered parts from this company. They got paid on 4-28-2023. On 5-3-2023 they claimed my order was nearly complete. I've still received nothing , not even a single reply to one of 6 e mails I've sent. My stupid self used my Debit Card too. I'd like the Parts but I can Always use Groceries instead. Order some parts for my moped and items have not been shipped as promised. The seller does not respond to emails, yet continues to send multiple spam emails trying to solicit more sales they don’t intend of shipping. This is more than likely a scam. I had purchased a "high performance bolt on speed pack" for my scooter, dated May 9 2022. It cost $99.95. I have emailed the company MANY times asking when it will be shipped out, and eventually asking for refund since it has never been shipped. On May 25 2022 I received an email stating the product was shipped out. Upon researching, the packing slip had been printed but USPS has not received the item. I further emailed the business (and called but the phone # provided has been disconnected) with continued no response.
