      The title has 42,000 miles but the car has 25,331 until this is resolved I can't get it titled or tagged. I have called 4 times to the dealership but no one has called me back. Got to get this resolved cause my temporary tags are out on may 3rd. Please help and all the paperwork is wrong. Cause it has 25,331 not 42,000. I got the extended warranty and a tire warranty also, gap also.

      We have been in contact with Mrs. ***** and will remain in contact until we are able to secure her corrected title from the State of ********. We will be glad to provide a loaner vehicle at no charge while we wait for the title. We are very sorry for her inconvenience, and we hope to have the title to her soon.

      Bought a 2016 HYNDAi Tucson on 3/9/23. Less than a week later oil light flashing. Service technicians said they are not equipped to service my car. I could not afford extended warranty. Not check engine light is on. Zero response from dealership. I also had trouble getting proper paperwork to get registered

      We are sorry that ***** is having trouble with the vehicle she purchased. However, the car was sold AS-IS and she did decline purchasing a service contract. We can inspect and repair the car and will offer her a discount for any inspections/repairs that are required.

      The title work was submitted to the state of Illinois on March 20th on her behalf. In order to have the lien recorded. We provided the title to ***** as soon as we received it back from Illinois on April 24th.

      It was a problem from day 3. I have traded off the vehicle. I shouldn’t have to pay for anything I didn’t do. I would like my title and fees reimbursed

      We are sorry ***** had a problem with the vehicle she purchased from us. We collected $155 for titling and will refund this amount as an expression of goodwill. 

       

      We were not notified of any problems with the vehicle until April 17.

      I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer from Expressway in August 2022. Paying approximately $43,000. The SUV had 28,000 miles on it. On 12/4/22 the motor blew up leaving me and my family stranded overnight 3 hours away from our home. The car was under warranty so a new motor was put in after 27 days at a Ford dealership. I drove the car home from the dealership and drove it one time to pick up groceries and the new motor is now leaking oil everywhere and there is coolant mixed in the oil. This is the exact same thing it did when it broke down in December. I will have to the car towed to another dealership since it's not drivable at this point. I believe the new motor has blown again and will most likely need replaced a second time. The car also broke down 2 weeks after I got it in August. It needed a new battery. The car has broken down 3 times from August to January where it was not drivable, leaving me stranded. I've had to miss work due to the car breaking down. I've had to pay for a hotel room and Uber rides due to the car breaking down 3 hours from my house. The car is not dependable and unsafe at this point for my family to be in. With all the oil that has leaked out literally all over the motor and the car, it's a fire hazard at this point. I've reached out to the dealership multiple times with no resolution.

      Business Response We are sorry ******* has had problems with her Explorer. It is fortunate the vehicle is still under factory warranty. The vehicle was sold and all disclosures signed by ******* AS_IS with remainder of factory warranty. We have worked with her several times to trade her out of the Explorer but have been unable to reach a deal. We do not have a refund or exchange policy.
