I purchased my 32' ATC ( Aluminum Trailer Company ) 5th wheel Game Changer Pro trailer brand new in 2020. I purchased this because the marketing campaign by ATC claimed this was a high end high quality trailer. I've owned other brands like Airstream and Featherlite. These marketing claims by ATC are false. The aluminum used in these trailers is the lowest grade possible, it's also very thin. If you drop a golf ball on the aluminum floor it will leave a dent. The outside panels are glued instead of riveted to save money. Every component used in the ATC trailers are the cheapest available on the market. The power converters, microwaves, TV's, lights, axels, tanks, valves, transfer switch and just about anything else you can think of. ATC cut corners on every aspect of the manufacturing process and it shows. There are little to no quality control measures. They present things like their marine type flooring for example, as a wonderful product when in fact it stains easily and if very difficult to clean, and of course, it's the cheapest stuff they can use for flooring. For the 5th wheel, the biggest issue I have is the aero dynamics of the trailer itself. Zero consideration was given for wind resistance. I've owned a pulled a lot of trailers and the ATC has been the worst. It's like pulling a giant parachute behind the truck. I run the modern 6.7 diesel Cummin's Ram trucks. Pulling this trailer at 65 MPH gets me about 7.5 MPG. Not only is it expensive to pull because of the excessive fuel consumption, its hard on the truck. This company is new to the ** industry and it shows. ATC does not compare to Airstream, Featherlite, or I'm sure other high-end brands out there. These trailers are designed for a niche market. It important for any company to be profitable, however in the case of ATC profit is put before anything else. If you ask me, I'd say these things are way over priced and don't provide a good value for your purchasing dollar.
