            We rented the Liberty cabin. The beds were broke down and very uncomfortable. The living room couch was also broken down and not pleasant to sit on in the evenings while trying to relax. There were crumbs on the rug in the living room so it's obvious it wasn't swept. There was dust on the furniture. Based on the cleaning charge, I would think the cabin should be clean. The bed sheets had multiple bleach stains on them. A week after checking out, I received an email that my credit card was being charged $100 for damaged sheets. I contacted Hills ******************************* to explain they were in bad shape when we arrived, but they didn't care. It was our first time renting from this company and I will never do so again. Very disappointed in the service I received.

            ****, I am so sorry to hear about this visit. We have been in business for 27 years and thousands of happy guests yearly and very seldom a BBB complaint. Was any of this handled with any of the manager's at the company? Are there any photos of any of these issues. Sounds like a few cleaning complaints. How was the cabin, the hot tub, the property high on a hill, the 4 legged family members? Was the visit to Brown County great otherwise? *****
