    Cisa, the owner, is known in the community for having terrible customer service, but I decided to give her a chance. $275.00 botched custom tulle gloves for our wedding. Custom made to my measurements, but couldn’t even get them up my arm once I got them home. Also, the lettering was upside down, but that was my fault because I asked for them that way. From a photographer standpoint, it would make no sense to have the lettering upside down facing me. I asked her to remake them, but she said she couldn’t make them in the timeline that I needed (1 week). Perhaps next time, just maybe, she won’t wait 3 months to start projects after deposit is made. I made my deposit in March and had to keep following up for updates. She didn’t start the project until I emailed her that the event is 1 month away. She blamed the delay on prom season busyness, which was never once discussed during the initial meeting. Thank god I took my dress and other accessories elsewhere. High recommend Carol for all things weddings instead of Sew Fitting. House of K Boutique has her contact info.
