    I paid for Elder Pools to open my pool and be ready for my son's graduation party. I was sent a Venmo request for payment which I paid in full. I was assured it would be "swim ready". When the "crew" showed up they needed more money and also promised to fix a small hole in the liner. I was trying to support small business during covid so I paid up front for the chemicals and repairs (not sure what parts needed ordered) and they never came back. I would get texts saying they were on their way, running late or at my house (when I was there and they obviously weren't), Eventually my phone number was blocked. Don't waste your time with this company.

    This “company” told me they could come out, compact and flatten the sand under my pool, and that it would be warrantied! They basically came out, got the check and left me with half the parts missing to my pool FRAME, and the ground no better than before they started! I have contacted them MULTIPLE times, everytime Sean and a woman promising a return phone call to get me my refund, and then suddenly my number as well as my husband’s are both suddenly blocked. They owe me $990. We tried to cancel the check but they left my home and ran straight to a bank before I realized what had even happened. Absolutely do not recommend these guys. We tried to give them SO many chances to just do the right thing before resorting to this.. and now, we have a lawyer involved so we can get our money back. Terrible business! Avoid at absolutely all costs!!

    Incompetent and dishonest. They claimed to close my water fountain and took the money. I later had to get another company to close it properly. He also took money for maintenance without performing the service.
