    We placed an order in November of 24 for 3 custom AOL plaques and 3 engraved knives for our AOL/Crossover ceremony in February of 25. I have been repeatedly following up via email, phone, and text, since December (over 20 attempts). Only twice were we able to get Mark on the phone and he told us he would get things to us before our ceremony, that they like to wait till closer to the event to process orders (which, of course, makes zero sense and goes against why I ordered it so far in advance). When I ordered they said it would be created and shipped within 5 days and shipping would take 2-3 days. Three months later, and we still have not received our order, and they won't reply to any of our messages. Literally the worst customer experience I have ever had.
