Manufacturer’s Warranty
Recreation Unlimited warranty on installation: 90 days
Payment: 100% at the time of order to be put on the schedule or picked up.
Returns: Boxed/unopened trampolines can be returned for a full refund for 90 days from the date of pickup or delivery. Delivery fees are not refundable and pick up charges will apply for Recreation Unlimited to pick up a return trampoline. Unboxed trampolines are not refundable.
Cancellations: By5pm on the day before the scheduled installation for a full refund.Woodplay Playsets

*The merchandise returned must be unused, uninstalled and in the original shipping boxes and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, used merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.
*The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping fees and any shipping fees incurred by Recreation Unlimited for the initial shipment to the customer. We cannot accept collect shipments. Free shipping only applies when the customer keeps the merchandise.
