Bought a 2008 lexus ls600hl hybrid from them told me no warning lights on. Showed up from Indian to *******. Check engine and tpms lights on. Codes showed hybrid battery needs replacement and the entire exhaust minus the mufflers need replacement due to a valve that isnt working and can only be purchased complete. Found out later the car had the exhaust inspected at the dealer prior to me purchasing so they knew about it. They charged me $2500 to ship the car and they paid $1,100 and they told me it is what it is basically, we are here to make money. Was told by the general manager ***** he would help to fix the issues but never did. Then said I don't have that much profit margin on this car to help. So I said don't worry about the exhaust I just wanna worry about the hybrid battery. Then I found d a used 1 for $2500 installed and he said I still can't help you. Finally said we can give you a concession for $1,000. I was ****** I said maybe I should contact a lawyer and he said I can't talk to you anymore. Days go by and I figured that's all I was gunna get so I told him I would take it and he said the deal is off the table. Look at all their 1 star reviews on ****** and yelp etc. They are all about this type of business practice. I have date stamped pictures, texts, emails to back this

Vehicle was purchased on 10/10/2023 and shipped to the customer. Prior to shipping the terms of the contract were discussed and videos and pictures of the vehicle were sent to ********* prior to him signing all forms. No lights were present on the dash prior to delivery and it is unfortunate the lights came on after he received the vehicle. Although the vehicle was sold as-is we offered assistance toward the repairs and ********* refused the assistance. Should you need any additional information please feel free to contact us

I bought a 2012 ******* MKT vehicle from the company WORLD CLASS MOTORS. They said that the car is mechanically fit since we did a virtual video tour. When the car was shipped to me, the chair in the third row seat was disconnected, the lid, for the cooler was broken, they didn't tell me that the door arm rest is torn. They also said they inspected all cars before sale but this car when arrived to my address, I found out that it's not true because multiple exhaust and vacuum hoses were disconnected in the engine bay. The car bean to blow white smoke. I called the company about the issue and they said get a quote to see what the cost is to fix it. The cost was over $2400 and they said they that I am responsible to fix it and not them. I went a fixed it then the next week the car had an exploded turbo. They said it would cost over $3000 to fix it and i don't think it's fair for me to be close to $6000 on a car that they sold for close to $9000 dollar that I bought only for a month and they won't even respond to my request but just to deny that they didn't about these issues before they sold it to me. This car company should not be allowed to sell vehicles if they this unprofessional. If they did this to me, who to tell who else they did like this. This Company must be audited.

***************************** purchased a 2012 ******* MKT with ****** miles on it on 12/9/2023 on an as-is basis. The paperwork was sent to him to sign prior to delivery and he was offered an extended warranty in which he declined.  Before the vehicle was delivered to him, pictures and a video of it running and a walk around of the vehicle to show condition was performed. When we delivered the vehicle to him it was in running order and the concern he is stating was not occurring at that time. He owned the vehicle for roughly 30 days and called us to state the vehicle was smoking. He took the vehicle to ************ on January 3, 2024 and authorized the repairs of regular maintenance and a valve cover gasket and PCV valve. It is unfortunate for any mechanical breakdown at any time of ownership however he did purchase it as-is.

On 19 July I purchased a Land Rover from World Class Motors and traded my Land Rover Discovery which had a balance of 41k they were to payoff within 30 days. As of today, 12 sept 2023 the loan still has not been paid off and it is reflected on my credit report as missed payments. I called on two occasions. The first call ***** told me they ran behind on sending out payments and they would be sent out. Then on the 6th of September I was told they overnighted payments. This is not acceptable business practice. I demand they pay off the vehicle immediately and my credit be restored. I am a federal employee with a security clearance I cannot tolerate late payments on my credit report.

We have a policy that vehicle payoffs will be done 30 days after we receive the vehicle. We sent out one check to the bank and that check never reached the bank. The postal service lost the check. We had to wait 10 days to see if the check had been received. We issued another check to send out to the bank. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer.

Bought car 8/2020. They had prior knowledge of the transmission being damaged/defective. We have evidence in the form of a recorded phone call with a mechanic who is employed at world class motors. He stated that they purchased the car at auction and it had a transmission light on and it was his job to get it off. All he did was change the *********** but not the *** itself. He is not an Audi certified mechanic. Audi certified experts said if done wrong accessing the housing can damage the *** itself, which is a costly piece of hardware. Should have been listed on the Carfax but was not. I also did get an independent inspection, but dealership recommended mechanic missed engine oil leak, my mechanic states must been blind or not a mechanic to have missed. Got ****************** refund.Lending possibly illegal they admit to kickback told me don't refinance for 6 months We had $10,000 in losses from the car, even if we deduct $2000 spent in repairs, still seeking $8000.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They need to write out a new response as I did, not just simply attach a PDF letter. They defrauded me of nearly $10,000 and wasted months of my time. I will never stop whistleblowing the fraudulent activities of this business. I will not stop until they are put out of business. They have a mechanic who admitted that the transmission had issues prior to the sale of the car and they are lucky that the state attorney general did not listen to the recording that I have, but my lawyer will. Perhaps going to the media is an option. I will investigate all of my options, but know that their letter does not respond to the base allegations, i.e. how they did the financing, the recording that I have of their mechanic ****, etc. Why don't you ask them what they did with the car? After making $10k off me in a month they probably did another half baked repair, just enough to get the warning lights off then sold it again.
