I called and got approval and assured that the items I was bidding on would be shipped as part of there services to deliver to shipping company and I would pay for shipping. I won the bid on the items but was willing to pay ****** or more for items I was interested in. I was directed to the auction manager *******************. I tried to contact and left messages toget items I wanted shipped. I was told and delayed by his messages and kept changing dates about getting my items shipped. I even offered to pay extra to get items prepared for shipping. I was told that Saturday he would be getting to my items. I didnt hear back Saturday again as promised so I tried messaging again. I was told he had Two friends murdered and basically was again not very professional by not letting me know of his situation or have another party take over. I was told that he did not have to put up with my attitude and was canceling my order and was crediting me back my money. I was ****************** how I have been treated with this company. I want the items I paid and delivered to shipping company as promised. He delayed me ten days and then canceled my purchase. I called main office and wanted a call back about this issue, and basically got no response. This business is totally out of line and I want the items I purchased.
