    We paid 174 for a stay at this hotel for the 15th and 16th of July 2024. The room was covered in trash, mold and blood. I asked for a refund from the hotel and priceline and both rejected my request. We did not stay, cancelled and left the premisis promptly.

    GUEST WAS GIVEN A FULL REFUND ON THE 17TH OF JULY WHEN I LEARNED THAT HE DIDN'T STAY. GUEST WENT ON TO LEAVE EXTREMELY RUDE MESSAGES TO MY STAFF AFTER THIS. AT THIS TIME, I RESPONDED AND TOLD HIM THAT A REFUND HAD BEEN PROCESSED AND THAT HIS CURSING WAS NOT WARRANTED. GUEST NEEDS TO CONTACT PRICELINE, THE THIRD-PARTY AGENT, TO RECEIVE HIS MONEY BACK.
