1 starWorst service department customer service I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment for 08:45 with the information of specifically needing to pick my vehicle up at 4pm due to work. Was told this was plenty of time for the service. Dropped the vehicle off at 6am by noon hadnt heard from anyone even acknowledging they had my car. So I called was put on hold twice which I sat long enough the phone system transferred me to voicemail. On the third call they put me through to an advisor that was not assigned to me. I asked if they could just have the advisor call me. By 3:30 still nothing. So I called back, then told my $90,000 car has even been touched and they will most likely get to it tomorrow. Now Im irritated due to needing it back same day because I work 24 hour shifts and now Im stuck. Ask to speak with the manager. He seemed to care less that the advisor never even contacted me and said well the appointment is just a drop off time. It could be ***** from that point. Ive never encountered this policy at any dealership.Review fromColby W

1 starMy wife and i purchased a truck from here put 20k down and financed about 12k. I received paperwork for payment from the finance company saying I was approved for a personal loan through the dealership, not an auto loan.I call finance company and im told that is what was applied for not an auto loan. The rates for a personal loan for my almost 800 credit score are 7.92 but their auto loan rates for my credit score are 5.35. I feel **** **** is purposely selecting higher rates and not even showing you the other offers even though they are running your credit multiple places. I will never do business with them again, this is shady business and would recommend you don't as well.Review fromEd M

Spent an hour and an half with salesman, came to an agreement on price. I wanted stock tires and he went to check with manager, told me I could go get a quick bite to eat and he would call me in 30 minutes. 45 Minutes went by with no phone call. Finally I called him and he told me they sold the vehicle to another buyer. I drove over an hour and they knew I was a buyer but sold it out from under me and made me wait while doing so. Dirty business.Andy Mohr Chevrolet, Inc.

1 star***************** ***** IS TRYING TO CON PEOPLE TO SELL CARS! I feel that we got dupped by ***************** ******* sales tactics. We have bought many cars from ***************** ***** in years past and it was a good process that we had went through. In the last several years though, sales and customer service has went down hill.Terrible transparency of any interaction face to face, lies are told. Absolute garbage. Have much more to say but too many characters for this post apparently.Review fromwilliam r

1 starhad i known about thier lack of good service, and thier history of complaints i would have done business with them. they encourage you to buy a service agreement and then find ways not to honor it, in they own thier service company, ******************** corp. talk about a conflict of interest.Review fromJames C

1 starI highly reccomend AGAINST anyone using this dealership. They add a service to all of their used vehicles, and then make the customer pay for it. I recently purchased a vehicle from them at an advertised price, but when I received my paperwork for my title, I realized the purchase price was different than the advertised price. When I called them, they explained that the "Advertised" price did NOT include the price of the ************** they added to the vehicle. A service that I did not ask for, but was forced to pay for. I will NOT ever do business with the establishment again!Review fromJames S

1 starI bought a 2023 ********* Lt **** Cab. Within one week I started having problems with the entertainment system. When I scheduled an appointment I was told that their service department did not provide loaners and that I would need to talk to my sales representative. I made all the necessary calls, even though service and sales are in the same building. When I dropped off my new vehicle I still had to go to sales. It took close to an hour before they had a loaner ready for me. When I finally got the loaner it was filthy inside with some one elses trash and loosing scratch off tickets. Fast forward a couple days (weekend) to Monday morning and the loaner has a dead battery. Andy Mohr Chevrolet does not open until 8:30 am, so I have to wait. When I finally connect they inform me that I need to speak to my sales representative. I was politely forwarded to his phone. When the gentleman answered he sounded as if he just woke. When I explained my issue I was informed that he was not at work yet and I will have to wait until he arrives. I called back and had to leave a message with the General Manager. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes I called back. This time I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak to someone about returning a vehicle. I was instantly transferred to a Sales Manager who told me that the ** was out of his office..He said he would check on my vehicle and call me back. It wasnt long before he called and told me that they were going to bring another loaner and pick up the one with a dead battery. So After 4 hours or more of loss productivity I got to start my day. If I did not mention it before I have a corporate account. If this is the way they treat corporate accounts, imagine how they treat individuals. Lastly, I still have not heard from the General Manager. I guess they are not interested in hearing my concerns.Review fromBrian F

1 starI would be highly cautious of their used car inventory and their service/repair/inspections. Drove 2 plus hours to look at a car, sales staff was great. Car had a heavy cleaner smell, thought it had just been detailed. Test drove the car twice at different time periods over the 4 hours we were there. Signed the papers right at closing time. Left the car lot headed home less than a mile down the road, tire sensor light comes on. Never came on either time we test drove it??? How did sensor not come on until after we purchased and left??? Get the car home and a family member looks at the car and says what is that smell?? I said cleaner. Drove car next day family member said that ***** was strong when the car started. Family member gets headache riding in car??? Schedule an appointment at local service shop. Minutes after getting it in the shop I am told CRACKED EXHAUST MANIFOLD. So we were sent off from ***************** lot with a huge SAFETY ISSUE!! Did they check the car in the service department like we were told?? I called ***************** spoke with sales person & get a reply from manager through the sales person "we will give you $$ for the diagnostic fee, wish you would have brought it back to us we would have cut you a break." I asked wait break are we talking about over 2 hour drive in an unsafe car, would have to have it towed. Communicate back and forth by text, never got a call from a manager. Threw a little more money at me and basically said they don't care and to go away was the impression I was left with. Wouldn't even split the cost of the estimate. ***************** management doesn't seem to care about customers or safety or getting or keeping repeat customers only about the $$. I would not be writing this if a management member would have picked up the phone and talked, showed some concern about sending a customer off in an unsafe auto that was inspected. One and done for me **** "NO" ****.Review fromNe M

1 starI purchased a 2016 **** Explorer XLT at Andy Mohr Chevrolet recently, within the last 3 weeks. It's been at a local **** dealership service center since then. 2 days after I bought it, the check engine light comes on. I take it to AutoZone for a diagnostic. Cylinder 3 is misfiring. I hope it's nothing more than needing a new spark plug, but oh boy was I wrong. I took it to my local **** dealership service center. Turns out coolant leaked into cylinders 1 and 3, ruining the engine. This had to have happened before purchase, as I had only driven it home at that point. So, I spent about $20k on this Explorer with a worthless engine. Now I have to shell out another $9k for a brand new factory fresh engine just to use the vehicle. Clearly, ***************** does not perform the necessary safety and functional checks that they say they do, as per the round inspection sticker on the windshield of my $20k paperweight. Do not buy used cars from Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield.
