    On Nov 15 2023 We bought a engine from *** at Y.N.G LLC. We direct ( wire transfer) paid for it. We have receipt from our bank. Since then we have never seen a engine and every time we contact him he has another story about why the engine has not arrived. Never has he reached out to us to update us we always have to call him and get another tall story. The beginning on June (2024) he agreed to *** us a refund cheque. Now as you try to track the location of the cheque it has not left his city. He says it's been picked up but there's no prove of that on the *** website. When we called him he assured us it's picked up and just tells us a story that because we are in ****** we can't track it. This man a pathological liar. At this time we would appreciate our money back. We have been incredibly patient and polite however nobody deserves the treatment we have received from Y.N.G LLC and a person that goes by the name of *** that works there.

    *********** LLC purchased a rebuilt ISX Cummins through YNG Truck Parts in February of 2023 with a one year warranty. *** kept telling us that the shipper has lost the engine in transit but he could not provide any tracking or proof of his story. The engine had finally arrived in June of 2023. *********** LLC and O ************** installed the motor in the truck and it still didn't run right until beginning of August. On September 8 the engine failed due to poor engine rebuild and we discussed it with *** (owner of Yng) and he said he would pay the labor cost of the removal and reinstall the engine in the truck and to this day he has not reimburse *********** LLC with the labor cost of R&R of the engine. This makes us think that *** and the company talks the game but doesn't know what he or the company is doing. *** also hasn't paid us for the core charge for the original engine. *** made some excuse that his accountant shows up a certain day and we would contact him on the day that she is supposedly in and he would make up excuses of why he couldn't transfer us to the accounting department. *********** LLC would contact him each week asking where the check is and every week its a new excuses of why it hasn't been sent. He owes us a total of $8450.00. Overall, *********** LLC experience with *** and Yng is by far the worst customer experience that anyone should of had dealt with. Please pay *********** LLC the total balance or legal actions will be filed. The 2nd motor leaks oil everywhere in the front and honestly, we don't know how long it will last until it lets go. YNG Truck Parts is the WORST. *** talks the game but he's full of c***

    We purchased parts from YNG on 2-16-24. The payment was made via wire transfer in the amount of $6,527.04. We were told we would have ALL the parts in 10 days. I have been told two different times that our items have shipped but we did not receive them. YNG blamed the freight company for "losing" the shipment each time. I asked for tracking numbers each time and never got one. YNG always has a excuse for why we dont have our parts. Then they promise us a new date every week and it just comes and goes, no parts. They have told us that they have all the parts on hand. Recently I was told that our pallet of parts was ready to ship so I asked for a picture of our parts pallet and a copy of the *** (bill of lading) and I did not receive either one. I called the freight company that YNG said they were using to ship this time and there was no information showing that YNG even booked the shipment yet. Very disappointed and not a way to treat customers.

    My mechanic found the engine head rebuild we needed. Asked me to contact *** for payment. I did; on April 12, 2023 I paid $4,489.50 and had my mechanic arrange for shipping to the shop. The part never came. Always an excuse; ie. It's on the dock, it's being picked up by a hot shot, it's being shipped by a carrier going out of business....It never arrived and according to ***...it is always being shipped, in the most polite of ways. On Feb. 26, 2023 I requested a full refund less overnight shipping of check cost. As of today, March 22, 2024, I am getting the same run around. According to ***, it's coming, the check cut lady is only in once a week...you'll have your tracking number in one minute. This has been the worst experience ever and has lead to my businesses subsequent bankruptcy. I think I've been scammed.

    Customer called and order a head through the shop. We had been communicating with the shop well. There was 4 months of no feedback from the shop that they did or didn't get it. After finding out there was an issue with the transport we attempted a replacement but the time frame didn't work. We issued a refund. Did communicate with the customer and always happy to help with anything they may need.

    YNG LLC. gave us a price of $25,500.00 to build a replacement Cummins ISX15 set up at 550hp for our lowboy heavy hauler. I recieved an invoice Via *** at YNG LLC. for the said amount and stated on the invoice that the build would be started when 70% of the cost was received and could possibly have it done in 2 weeks but in 3 weeks for sure. It has now been 6 months with no receiving of motor or said refund that *** agreed upon to send back via check certified mail. A tracking number was supplied but has been found to be a fake one. The agreement or any of the agreements or invoices have not been followed through with on ***'s part from YNG LLC.

    The company did send a check for refund however it was no good and came back. The company than stated they were going to do a ACH wire transfer mutliple times and we still have not received the funds back to date.  Our bank ran his check through twice with it being returned both times because he did not have the funds in his bank for the check that he wrote out to us. I would think that writing a $17,700.00 check that was bad would be a crime but no one seems concerded with it.

    Date of transcation: 09/17/2021 Amount: $4148.96 Items: Two crankshafts for Freightliner tractor trailer.We called the store, spoke with *** and he said he had the two crankshafts we need for our fleet.We agreed on price and I paid over the phone.Parts was never shipped, always a different excuse. After two months we asked for a refund. *** told us that check for refund was mailed, gave us a false tracking number and check was never received. We are fighting with him over the phone for almost one year now, there is always a weird excuse.

    Customer did place an order, Order was canceled on customer side. Happy to issue refund and did issue refund. Customer didnt call saying he didnt get it for almost 6 months. Customer followed up and

    we could have done a better job keeping up and a little time went by there. Customer was reissued a check and refunded in full.
