    Horrible experience and even worse customer service with *********************************************. I received a gift certificate for a full detail. I picked the vehicle up after hours yesterday because the car was not done in the timeframe that they quoted me & the car was still dirty. While I was on the phone with *******, I text her the pictures of the exterior that she insisted was washed. She kept trying to insist that the exterior was washed. All cup holders were still dirty, vents were dirty, headliner still had marks on it and under the seat was dirty. I asked for a partial refund of a full detail, and the price of just vacuuming it since that was all that was done, and she refused. She said that I could bring it in in a couple more weeks and they would redo it, which would inconvenience me again of not having a vehicle for an entire day. She told me she was too busy to talk to me on the phone, and was not going to sit and argue with me when all I was trying to do was to get her to admit that the pictures I sent to her was of a vehicle that was not washed. Then she tried to blame it on the parking lot and said that the parking lot was muddy and that the car got dirty again after they washed it and backed out of their bay into the parking lot. **************** is horrific and the quality of work was equally as bad.
