      Hello I am coming to warn you not to ever buy from wetzel all star auto used cars . I purchased my 2018 doge journey 12 4 ***************************************************************************************************************** they don't even resell vehicles that need more then 4000 worth of work to them that they send them to auction! I bought my car dec 4 2 days later the serpentine belt started squeeling I had to wait until the 12 10 to get it in they told me they couldn't figure out what was causing the squeel but they changed the serpentine belt and the squeel went away . Not even 24 hr's later I was checking my fluid and the first thing I saw was the coolant resivor full of old oil I mean full!! I instantly called had to wait till the 19th got it in sure enough oil cooler leaking into coolant .I asked how this was was not seen when doing my serpentine belt was told it was overlooked by the guy who called to tell me what was wrong with it . Whizh makes no sense becuase the paper said they did all point inspection which includes checking fluid They had my car 2 days to fix the oil cooler I was expecting them to pay for it bc you could tell this didn't just start this was old oil and alot of it . Also had a ******* ** mechanic look at the pictures i took of the coolant he said there no was that happen n 200 milees let alone the 30 miles i put on it n time the belt was changed When they called me to.l confirm oil cooler they said it would cost 1500 to fix and I explain to them that the service guy admitted they over looked the oil in coolant which I'm not sure how bc it went the an all point inspection when the manager called to tell me I had to pay 500 of the 1500 keep n mind this was noticed first week after getting the car i hadn't even put 200 miles on this car . The manager told me I was a liar and the service guy didn't tell me they overlooked it when he most certainly did. After explaining. To them I don't have 500.. there's more ...

Got them to agree to giv*** me another free coolant flush. 1 24 25 I took in for free coolant flush explained to them my thermostate house *** was leak*** antifreeze out of bleeder valve which they had just messed with when chang*** the oil cooler . They called me tell me they can't fix thermostate and I have to pay 196 for a new one . So here we r just paid my first payment 1 18 25 and over 2000 worth of work has had to be done to this car. I haven't even put 2000 miles on this car . Ive also been told by other gm nechinics ill never be able to get all the oil out and ill have to make flush*** a regular part of my matinance so im sure this isn't the end of problems from this I may not get help from this but if I can save someone else from gett*** sold a lemon it's worth it . Now I'm stuck with a ***** car loan on a car that has ***** miles and over 2000$ worth of work done n first week of hav*** it. Never I repeat never go to wetzel doge jeep or all star auto ! In ******** indiana.

      Complete dealership misrepresentation of the 2016 Camaro 1SS that I purchased from them on June 19th, 2024. I specifically asked the sales representative at the time if the car had been in any accidents or if there was anything concerning on the Carfax which I did in front of witnesses. I was informed that there had been no accidents on the car and the Carfax was clean, besides when the car was purchased last, there was a discrepancy on the odometer therefore, Wetzel would be getting that fixed and would present me with a corrected Carfax as they didn't want me to have the one that had the error. Due to this error on the title with the odometer, it took Wetzel from June 19th to September before I received the corrected title. (There are 76 days that the title was held and according to Indiana law a dealership has 31 days to present a title) I drove to Wetzel on September 3rd to return the dealer plate and asked for the Carfax then which I was finally given and told it was clean and fixed, therefore I filed it away. I discovered that the car had in fact been in an accident, was repossessed and had 9 owners in 8 years! (we were told that they didn't know the amount of owners but that it had been traded in by a gentleman from ************). I only purchased the vehicle on the trust that their word of no accidents and the only issue on the Carfax was the odometer. We did meet with the Owner **** Wetzel today, September 23rd, who told us he would not do anything to remedy the situation and defiantly would not take the car back, ended the conversation and walked away. All we were asking was for **** Wetzel and Wetzel Chrysler Jeep Dodge to make it right with us and take the car back like this all never happened. The car was misrepresented, whether in ignorance or fraud, the dealer inducing us to act by promising the car was never in an accident and nothing to note regarding the vehicle or there is no way the deal would have been made.

      On February 28th, 2023 my husband and I purchased a 2023 Honda CRV from wetzel Honda. We have been struggling with them every since. They did not pay off my trade-in vehicle within the allotted time, causing us to make an additional payment. They have still not provided ** with the paperwork to go to the **** Despite numerous calls and contacts, they continue to fail to give ** the paperwork that we need. We have provided them with the power of attorney, signed another power of attorney because they said it was not done correctly, and waited. However it has been nearly 2.5 months and we are still without the paperwork that we need to go and obtain our license plates for the car.

      ON 03/18/2023 I PURCHASED A 2021 DODGE RAM ***** FROM WETZEL FAMILY AUTO HONDA AT **** NATIONAL RD. ******** ******* *****. DURING THIS TRANSACTION THE DEALERSHIP PROMISED ME TWO ***S TO THE ****** THE 1ST *** WAS BROKEN. THESE TRANSACTIONS WERE WITNESSED BY MY SPOUSE AND SON. THEY ASKED ** TO BRING THE ***** BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP ON 03/19/2023 BECAUSE THE ***** HAD TO BE AT THE DEALERSHIP IN ORDER FOR THE NEW *** TO BE MADE. WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY TOLD ** THE *** MAKER WAS ON VACATION WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. THEY THEN PROMISED TO SEND THE NEW *** THROUGH *** DELIVERY TO OUR HOME WHICH IS QUITE SUSPICIOUS CONSIDERING THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD ** THE ***** HAD TO BE ON THEIR PREMISES WITH THE *** MAKER TO BE COMPLETED FOR OUR ****** THEY TOLD ** 1ST THAT THE ***MAKER WAS ON SPRINGBREAK. SUDDENLY THE *** CAN BE MADE WITHOUT THIS PERSON EVEN IN THE ****** THE *** DELIVERY CAME TO ** MONDAY 03/22/2023 AND SUPRISE NO *** IN IT. THE PACKAGE WAS EMPTY. WE REPORTED THIS TO *** AND WE DID HAVE THE PACKAGE WEIGHED. IT'S SHIPPING DRY WEIGHT WAS DWT 11.7.1 AND NOT SUPRISINGLY THE DRY WEIGHT AT ****************** *** FOR THE EMPTY PACKAGE IS DWT 11.7.1. THIS DEALERSHIP DID NOT SEND THE *** TO ** AT ALL. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED TO ** TO CLOSE THE **** OF THIS ****** THE GENERAL MANAGER IS THE FATHER OF THE ****MAN. WHAT AN AWFUL EXAMPLE TO TEACH YOUR GROWN CHILD. DISHONESTY AND LYING TACTICS. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF TREATING A CUSTOMER SO POORLY. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO TELL THE ****** I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ANY BUYER INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP STEERS CLEAR. SHAME ON YOU. THEY ARE MOST LIKELY SMUG BUT IN RETROSPECT I HOPE THEY REALIZE THAT I HAD ACTUALLY CONSIDERED BUYING A SECOND VEHICLE FROM THEM BEFORE THEY SHOWED THEIR TRUE COLORS. THE AGREEMENT PAPERWORK FURTHER SUPPORTS MY CLAIM AS IT STATES THEY WERE GIVING US 2 ***S AND THEY NEVER DID. YOU CAN SEE ON AGREEMENT THAT THEY STATE WE WERE IN POSSESSION OF BOTH ***S WHICH IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. THEY ALSO DID NOT SIGN OR CHECK THE APPROPRIATE BOXES IN HOPES OF GETTING AWAY WITH THEIR BAD BEHAVIOUR. THIS IS SO OBVIOUS IT REEKS. THE REASON I KNOW THIS IS A LIE ABOUT SENDING ME A *** THROUGH THE MAIL WITHOUT HAVING MY NEW ***** IS ON THE DODGE WEBSITE IT CLEARLY STATES A LOCKSMITH IS NEEDED TO MAKE THE NEW *** AT THE DEALERSHIP AS LONG AS YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED OR HE HAS THE VEHICLE ON SITE. I BELIEVE THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD SEND THE LOCKSMITH TO MY HOME WHERE MY VEHICLE IS SITTING AND HAVE THE NEW *** MADE FOR ME TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR SHADY AND UNRELIABLE BEHAVIOUR AND THAT THIS GENERAL MANAGER **** ME A FORMAL APOLOGY.

      Have been getting car serviced at Wetzel Honda since we bought the vehicle. They have said they have been rotating the tires. Got a s**** in a tire and took it to a tire shop to get repaired. Asked them to check all the tires as the vehicle had not been handling like it had before. They stated that all the tire were wore on one side. That the appeared to not have been rotated. My wife said that's funny Wetzel has been rotating them. The other shop stated to my wife that they have had other customers with the same issue with Wetzel Honda.

      On 7/25/2022 I purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT from Wetzel Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Prior to purchase I pointed out several items I expected to be fixed as an imperative part of our agreement and was assured these items would be taken care of.The agreed upon items to be fixed were as follows:1.Hood to be repainted.2.The 2 middle ********* Seats were not functioning properly and would be fixed.3.A second key would be found or replaced.I purchased the vehicle and a few days later received a call from Wetzel advising that the cables were in for my seats.I took the van back in to them, left it overnight and received a call the next day advising it was complete.I went in to pick it up and before I left, I checked out the seats and one was fixed and the other one was not.I pointed this out to the service department, and they referred me to ********************* the Sales Manager. He came out and looked at the seat and talked to the service representative for a minute and told me he would get it fixed. In the meantime, I was to drive the loaner vehicle they had given me.About a week later I received a call from **** saying they needed to get the loaner van back because they had someone interested in purchasing it. I asked about my van, and he said it was going to cost them $1,300.00 to fix it and they already had too much money invested in it, and they just couldnt do any more. I attempted to work with them by telling them I would not require them to fix the other seat if they would give me a service voucher for $650.00 which was 50% of what they said fixing the seat would cost.They were adamant that had spent all they could on this vehicle even though they had agreed to fix this seat prior to my purchase.They added that they needed the loaner van returned that day.I returned the van as they requested and when I got there, ***************** the Finance Manager saw me and told me they were trying to find a used part to fix my other seat. They also gave me the second k
