Never buy a vehicle from Southwest Auto Sales!!! They were told what our sales tax was and screwed us! *** the finance manager even stated he made a clerical error. Now we have to come up with $447.99 by Friday 3/7/2025. He was VERY RUDE!! Shell *** **** EXACTLY!!! But I have 7 days to pay it so I can get my registration. If not, I get late fees tacked on and **** be able to get my registration done and I need that since I have a loan and insurance on it.

The $447.99 was for out of state sales tax. We have even communicated with your lender, and they understood the situation from our end and stated they understand you still owe the sales tax to your state. We do thank you for your business, hope you are able to come to solution.Heather L.

When we purchased our vehicle, we were asked what our sales tax was for state and county and we told Southwest auto sales what it was. When I called an inquired, *** told me that he made a clerical error. This is something that should be taken care of on their end!Heather L.

When we closed our deal, we were asked what our state and county taxes were and we told them. When we were hit with this, I called an inquired at Southwest auto sales and **** even stated himself that he made clerical error. 1 starI would not recommend anybody to do business with this company the staff there is very rude went today to look for a vehicle and the first thing out of the guys mouth was do you have an appointment than I gave him a price that I wanted to stay under the vechile was clearly still on the lot and he judged me cause I wanted to stay under 6000 and he went in and came back out and said oh we have one for 6000 dollars when it was actually almost 3900 by there website so he was trying to get more than asking price and they destined the vechile as a good looking vehicle lol yea what with paint peeling off I will definitely not ever do business with this company they couldnt even give me a car they can keep there pieces of overpriced junkReview fromMichelle P

5 starsWe have purchased two vehicles from Southwest auto sales. They are amazing when it comes to finding the perfect car for you. We purchased a 2018 ******* Electra. There were a few things that we needed replaced before finalizing the sale. Southwest auto did get those things replaced. Southwest *********************** did not disappoint. They fixed the rear reflector that was missing. They replaced the weather strip around the door, but we only needed the one for the window replaced. Today they replaced the window weather strip. At no cost. Thank you Southwest Auto Sales and ******************* We will continue purchasing vehicles from you.Review fromROBIN C

1 starI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM SOUTHWEST AUTO IN ***********. THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST AT HEART. THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY. I BOUGHT A 2021 COLORADO. PAID *****. COME TO FIND OUT AFTER PAPER- WORK WAS SIGNED, THE ***** WAS ADVERTISED FOR *****. ALSO ASK FOR A CAR FAX DIDNT GET IT UNTILL AFTER PAPER- WORK WAS SIGNED. WHY DID THEY WAIT... WELL BECAUSE THE ***** WAS IN A WRECK AND IT WAS USED AS A RENTAL. THAT WAS VERY DECEITFUL OF THEM. AFTER 2 DAYS HAVING THE ***** MY HEAD LIGHT WENT OUT, AND THAT TOOK TWO TRIPS AND AN APPOINTMENT TO GET FIXED. THEY HAVE DENIED ANY PAPERWORK TO SHOW THAT THE HEADLIGHT HAD TO GET FIXED. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED, HURT, ANGRY THAT A COMPANY WOULD DO SUCH THING TO AN ELDER WIDOWER WOMAN.
