      Daughter bought a car 3 months ago, having problems with tires losing air. one morning she goes out to leave and her tire is completely flat on the ****. Went to remove tire and put on donut and were unable to because each tire has a lug nut key on them; and of course this car didn't come with it and were unable to find one that will fit. Went back to dealer and they didn't have key that would fit it or try to get her one, or fix it for her. She took the car to tire barn warehouse and they told her they were unable to fix her tire because it is dry rotted and that all the tires on the car were that way and the date on tires were expired the date on them were 2014

      I purchased a vehicle from House of Carz online in April 2022 ( my fault for buying sight unseen ) but with that said when I received the car, I went out side while the guy was taking it off of the truck and noticed the car was completely rusted underneath. The owner of house of carz *********************** did NOT disclose that in the paperwork or when they sent the video of the car . I tried calling him ( which I left several messages and he never returned my call ) when I finally got in touch with him, he basically said , sorry about your luck and hung up the phone . He was very rude . I am a business owner and I know how to run a business and that is definitely not the way to do it. If youre looking to buy a car , do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!
