I have sent several emails, texts, , and left voicemails to get a repair on work that was done last June 2022. It involves a sanding and painting issue. I sent him pictures and have requested a response. I was told emphatically that if I had any issues their work was guaranteed for one year. Mr ********************** the owner, will not respond at all. Its been crickets.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with us as if you look on all platforms, we are huge on making sure our customers are happy with the projects we completed. According to my records we had some of our contractors out two times after the work was complete to touch up items that you called us on. After doing a walk through to make sure you were satisfied after being out twice is when you contacted us months later about another area that needed touched up. According to the crew leader it was on an area that we did not work on, warranty only covers areas we have worked on. I do apologize that someone did not get back with you the 3rd time you reached out.

Paid an extra hand $6000+ to enclose a open area with a wall and add a set of doors. After we painted the shoddy drywall finish showed humps where the new walls connected to the existing drywall. I sent ********************* a text with photos. He texted back "he can float it out",so I called ***** to schedule a time. It was 7:45 am on Thursday 8/11/22,***** tells the customer I should be more professional and not call him so early. I said if you had done a professional job I would not be calling at all.this is when ********************* owner of An extra hand said FU and hung up the phone! Before hiring an extra hand I asked ***** how long his employees had worked for him.,he replyed I have experienced long time employees because I pay them well.the first day he introduced me to "his ******* ",who tells me 3 days later he and the 2 other men helping were Subcontractors NOT employees of *****. I never agreed or expected a Subcontractor to do the work. Now I have to pay another contractor to fix the drywall and we will have repaint.i feel ***** should cover this cost not me I already paid him to do.
