      We contacted RV DR August 2022. We are needing roof repair. We drove ****** to the shop saw ******* supposed owner and have quote within a weeks time. Our roof is exposed and was told it would be stored indoors. Weeks have gone by no response to voice mail messages we went to shop to find RV is outside and exposed to weather. Here it is 2nonths later still no resolution. Been 1 conversation that owner went to ** to deal with business I'm **. She also indicated that she was looking for employees to work in IND. Are RV is blocked in we can't even retrieve to put in storage as we do each year. Business close by I approached and was told that owner shows up periodically.This is unreal to run a business such as this. If they would have been honest we would not have taken it there to begin with.This place should be condemned.

      I took my ** here on April 11th for a diagnostic and repairs. I was told that I should hear from them by the end of the week. The end of the week goes by, I call and they tell me to call at the beginning of the week. I call at the beginning of the following week and I'm told to wait and they will give me a call. Two weeks go by with zero correspondence. I call and text through the first couple weeks of May, being told to wait. After a month of no progress I decide I will pick the ** up, they can continue working on getting a diagnostic and prices for parts and get back to **** call them to tell them that. I am told not to worry. They will have the diagnostic in a couple of days. A couple of days go by. No diagnostic. I decide to go in person because at this point I have lost all trust and plan on getting the ** out of there. I go in person and the doors are locked, during business hours. I go the next day. I speak with someone at the front desk and tell them I've been waiting for a diagnostic for going on two months. They tell me they have the diagnostic, they'll pull it up. Then proceed to tell me the email with the diagnostic was sent to the wrong shop and that they'll need a day to send it to me? A day goes by. No diagnostic. We receive the diagnostic May 25th. We pay for the diagnostic estimate and part costs on June 1st. The paperwork states parts will arrive 7 business days from the day we pay. On July 6th after repeated texts and messages to the business with no correspondence back we decide to go in person and get the ** back. The owner tells us they have the parts and they guess they will have to send them back. We tell them we just want a refund since nothing has been done for 12 weeks. They print a receipt which I have attached below. We contacted them 10 business days after July 5th for an update on the refund, to which they stated it would take 14 days. It is now 14 days with no refund and no pending transactions according to the bank.

      The ** doctor in Rushville has had my ** since August the 13 of 2021.It was briefly returned to me the end of October at which point the part they installed failed on my drive home after the repair.They returned the ** at their expense for the warranty work on the filed part.I was informed due to the age of the ** the Part / Covid was on back order. The issue is in ******************************************************************* the supplier which the part is coming form. I have been told the are waiting on this info from the internal parts department. My complaint is the inability to verify the claim it is on back order as they will not/can not provide the part number or supplier so that info can be verified. It fells as if they are misleading me as they have given me a plethora of excuses as to why the don't / cant get that info.

      Ashley,

      Upon my communication to the ** doctor via email that I had filed a complaint with the BBB. 
      I was called within minutes by the owner who then gave me the info on parts and status of the repair of my **. This was the info I had been requesting the entire time and suddenly became a priority for them. I was also asked to retract my BBB complaint since I now had the info I needed.
      Not sure how all this works or if the complaint is even retractable. 
      Can you provide some insight for me on how this all works.
