0 stars. Entered with a large party for a fun day with the kids. Employees there were very disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. In ordering our food, employee made it very hard to even order anything we chose. After purchasing 6 pitchers of different soda we were refused a pitcher of water. Even after I offered to pay for soda and have it replaced with water since my smaller kids don't drink soda. After waiting a very long time for our food I went to collect my kids In the 4 mins I was gone all our food had been thrown out. The tables next to us still had scraps and left overs laying around. Inasked employee cleaning the area if it was thrown away she said she was simply cleaning the area. Conversation escalated quickly and she called over 2 managers. One was very helpful, she calmed the situation and listened toy complaint. The other was very rude, ignorant and unprofessional. He started arguing if I didn't like it I'd be escorted out of the facility. After having spend over $600 as a group my kids were unable to eat their food. I was offered a gift card in return for my "troubles". It was insulting. I would have been happier with a simple apology and the employee taking responsibility for their actions.

Yesterday my family and I visited this establishment in an effort to celebrate my baby boys 5th birthday due to it being our first visit I asked the attending cashier for the best rate and was told that the ultimate wristband would be the best fit for two 5 year old boys so I purchased the wristbands for $38.99 each and later found out that there's also an option of a theme classified as "family fun day" for the exact same price which included a free pizza and a pitcher drink with learning this information I went back to the cashier and asked "why wasn't I informed about this option" considering I asked for the "best deal" and spent the exact amount required for that option on two individual wristbands, I was told by the cashier that "I wasn't thinking" from that point a manager was called in and he(the manager) agreed to include the pizza and pitcher drink for us. We went upstairs to retrieve our order upon retrieving our order I realized the pizza was cold and asked the attending cashier/cook if he could reheat our pizza considering the fact that it was a frozen pizza to start I was than met by the manager and off duty officer ****** of the ******** police department with the "Manager siting that "the pizza was free" assuming I should accept it cold because of that fact and when I reminded the manager of the fact that technically the pizza wasnt free as it should've been included based on the money I spent on wristbands which again comes with "pizza and a pitcher drink" I was told by the officer that "I was there when he made your pizza and it wasnt cold" my argument was that by the time I received it, it was in fact cold following that the manager asked us to leave mind you there was no altercations on my part I simply asked for "hot" food and reminded the manager that the pizza wasn't free so I was extremely confused about his extreme reaction forcing my family to leave the facility while I had just paid an addition $40 for other food items and was not allowed
