    Had steve younts office . ****** and **** Create a personal auto policy for me after operating from soon to be ex wife. At this point we had bee. Separated for 6 months . They created the policy and added my ex wife as the primary policy holder and me as a driver only , even after I asked them to fix the Information before submitting it . They submitted the Information anyway . After finding out about her being added they told me I would have to cancel the policy and restart a new policy and that trexxis , the Insurance company , told them she had to be included , after speaking with trexxis this was found to be untrue. They hung up on me and refused to do anything to help with this matter . She repeatedly over spoke me and refused any wrong doing

    Hello

    Spoke to customer. We wrote new policy due to previous policy cancelling. Customer signed application. Customer is married, added wife. When customer is divorced, we will change martial status. We do not want policy to say single, if customer is married. Instructed him on cancelling policy- rewrite with wife excluded. 

    We explained to him the next steps to do this.
