      I have been a member of instagc from Day Online Solutions for over 7 years. I have completed many offers in the past month and have still mot gotten paid or am able to redeem a gift card. I have contacted their support and no on has replied in 4 attempts over the past month.

      I have an account with one of this company’s properties, ************ I have 1,100 points ($11) I was looking to cash out via PayPal or *********** Not only has their PayPal been locked and every other gift card option being “unavailable” or “out of stock”, but I am one of countless people unable to cash out. “Instant” my butt! I’ve had this account since 2017 and am really disgusted with what this site has turned into. You’re still able to “earn” but have no way of cashing out your earnings. Zero transparency from them. I want my money!!!!

      They have denied access to rewards. I have 11878 in points or ($118.78) and 3864 in frozen points ($38.64). I have been a member for five years and I busted my butt to earn those rewards and have never had any problem. I submitted a ticket three days ago and nobody had responded. They have also banned me from chat so I can't even ask them what is going on. I have no idea why this is happening.

      This started june 15 2023 i went to cash out my points that i earned from watching videos from *********** and when i went to my account they frose my points for no reason. i have not used a vpn i have not used nothing i should have. i use my home interner .

      I completed an offer back in November 2022. I followed the instructions and met all the requirements of the offer. I never received credit for the offer and had to reach out to the offer wall's support but they gave me 3 reasons that definitely don't apply to me as to why I couldn't receive credit. They claim the time parameters don't add up when I sent them screenshots of all emails and everything confirming the offer completion. They claim I used multiple devices when I only use my laptop. And the 3rd reason is the one that makes the least sense, that they don't see where my offer completion even registered. If it didn't register, how are they coming up with reason 1 of time not matching up and reason 2 that the offer was completed on multiple devices? I reached out to support on InstaGC thinking they could help but they couldn't and pretty much told me "Completion of an task does not guarantee credit will be given by the wall area / advertiser involved." Which I feel is VERY WRONG. Why have offers up there for people to complete if you refuse to reward them? Seems like they just want some type of credit and then come up with false accusations that you didn't really complete the offer. They pretty much avoided actually trying to help me and was trying to push it all on the offer wall yet they also didn't want to give me any legit reasons as to why they refuse to credit me.

      I tried to redeem points on ******* on 10/27/22. Was told to submit support ticket to get identity verified. Submitted Ticket ID # ****** on 10/27/22 and followed all instructions given by support. Attached proof of ID as well. As of now, 2/1/23, no response from support.

      I signed up with this company for their rewards program on Instagc. I completed all tasks to redeem my points. I have complied with all requirements. I responded to their emails. I have been sending supports tickets and I cannot redeem my points
