I bought a Ryobi 20 inch 13 amp RYAC200 mower in 2022 with 3 years warranty. The Series number is AL21053D160090. it showed that the mower was in 3 years warranty. The mower was broken in the earlier of 2024. I called Ryobi ************, the phone number was printed on the mower. I called more than 14 times, finally Ryobi customer service answered my call. The ********************** customer asked the serial number, and told me that my mower was made in 2021, still in 3 years warranty. Ryobi let me to send my mower to a Ryobi contract shop at ******************************************* to repair. I dropped my mower there for repair on Oct 31, 2024. However, after almost one month, I was told by the repair shop, the motor parts (************) of the mower was broken so the mower cannot run. The repair shop asked Ryobi company to ship a new motor, however, Ryobi company said, the Ryobi 20 inch 13 amp RYAC200 mower was not make anymore, so no parts available for repair. Since my mower is still in warranty, Ryobi should ship me an equal replacement mower. However, Ryobi told the repair shop, I have to had an original invoice to prove that I bough it. I didnt keep old invoice. The serial number of my ********************** mower showed that the manufacturer of the mower was made in 2021. The date of manufacturer is not the sold date, also, when I called Ryobi, the customer service of ********************** has already asked the serial number on my mower, and informed me that the mower is within 3 years warranty, why now Ryobi said no parts available, then ask for invoice? My friends repair their Ryobi mowers are all depending on serial number, why now ********************** just asked invoice from me? To refuse to pay an equal mower to me? It showed that the quality of Ryobi mower is not good, also the service of Ryobi is not good too.I request Ryobi, within 30 days, to pay me an equal mower, or pay me money back, or ship me six (6) Ryobi 40v/6h batteries, to close the case totally.

I bought a push mower from Hone Depot in July of 2022. Ryobi has a 5 year warranty on the product. In August if 2023 the mower just started dying. Hold times at Ryobi customer service exceed 2 hours. The repair locations are 90+ miles away and are now refusing to fix Ryobi product because of the issues. Ryobi refuses to provide an adequate solution or any solution at all surrounding the 5 year warranty. Now I am forced to pickup a broken mower with nowhere to bring it or have the mower repaired. I have been working on this for 2+ months but by the quantity of the mowers at the service center this is a bigger issue. I need help.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent purchase of a Ryobi self-propelled lawnmower, which I acquired approximately three months ago.Regrettably, I have encountered a significant issue with the lawnmower's self-propelling feature, which has ceased to function properly. Despite proper maintenance and careful usage, the lawnmower no longer self-propels as intended, making it extremely difficult and inconvenient to mow my lawn effectively.I have chosen Ryobi products in the past due to their reputation for quality and reliability, and I expected the same from this lawnmower. Unfortunately, the current state of the product has left me dissatisfied and inconvenienced. In light of the aforementioned issues and the fact that this lawnmower is still under warranty, I kindly request that you initiate a process for a full refund. I believe it is reasonable to expect a functional product, especially within the first few months of purchase. I am willing to return the lawnmower promptly and in its original condition, as per your instructions.I understand that defects can occur, but I trust that Ryobi stands by its commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. Please advise on the necessary steps to initiate the refund process and provide any additional information or documentation you may require from my end.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

On April 25, 2021 I purchased the flagship model RYOBI 40V 21" DUAL BLADE SP MOWER HP Retail $799.99 on special holiday deal for $599.99. For the most part the mower did a good job but had battery issues that the company has done well handling. The mower recently has had some issues starting up with push button and engine revving later than it should with the built in assist for thick grass, a feature that typically has proven quite useful.I have recently contacted and they said it would be no issue, however I was instructed to take it to a distant shop for diagnosis and repair where it has been for several weeks now. The shop owner has communicated it would take at minimum 3 weeks to even look at it, and if parts are needed several more weeks if not months till I get it back because he has a back log of mowers that have been waiting on parts for months already. It is currently summer time when the mower is needed most and basically I may not get it back *********** fall. I appreciate the warranty Ryobi offers, and honestly have appreciation for the support I have gotten in the past, but waiting a whole season for a diagnosis and repair seems ridiculous.

On 4/5/2021 I had purchased a ryobi table saw 10 15amp. Warranties are almost always playing part in the purchase decision. It had seemingly less power after a few uses. But still operated. Eventually the motor would just stop. It would turn on again until any resistant is applied like making a cut. So I took the saw to an authorized services in my area which is ********* on 1-31-2023 and They have been very nice. But none the less slow. They claimed that it is due to Ryobi sending the wrong parts, back orders, and shipping delays. I have been in need of the saw to make vital repairs on my home damaged in hurricane **** The warranty statement from ryobi says they will repair in reasonable time. And in any instance will repair or replace within 90 days. Its been 101 days as of 5/12/2023. And my repair is still not complete. Ryobi refuses to give me an immediate resolution. And says they have no control over the service center that they authorize to do repairs. Additionally customer service for ********************** has not been available during the hours they state via phone. When calling at 5est and they are open until 6est. So I had to use there chat platform on website, and there they chat was rudely ended on me without appropriate answer. I have retained my receipt of purchase, as well as registered the saw on their website where I also entered the serial number and provided a photo copy of my proof of purchase
