    I can't say enough good things about the service and warranty teams at KZ. I had a recall on the front window of my Sonic 220VRB in 2023. It was repaired by the dealership in **, over the Fall and covered by KZ warranty. A couple of months later in 2024 we noticed a weak area on the floor towards the front of the *** I contacted the dealership (FL) again and let them know what was happening. I also contacted the KZ/ Sonic customer service manager at **********************. He said they would like to have the ** to investigate the prior repairs and fix any issues with the floor. They picked up the ** at the dealership (**), made all repairs and returned it to the dealership (**). The quality of the repairs made were beyond expectations. They went through everything that was of concern and sent us back a good as- better than new *** We couldn't be happier with KZ's service and warranty teams. Thank you,*** and ****** *********

    We cannot say enough great things about the KZ brand and their excellent customer service. We especially want to extend our thanks to the service department for going above and beyond to take care of the needs with our rig. They are professional and courteous. They communicated with us every step of the way to ensure that all of the issues were taken care of. We love this company and are a loyal customer for life.

    We had some repairs to our 2022 Durango Gold 358RPQ done at the KZ ******************* and ***** along with the rest of the service team went above and beyond repairing our unit.The quality Service that they provided makes us happy to be KZ product owners.We cant thank them enough for everything they did for us.Great team!

    Ignore the 2 year warrenty! After spending well over $100k on a brand new fifth wheel, issues started to arise. Most were small and I was able to handle with minor hassle. Major things, like plumbing parts being left in the blackwater tank, leading to failure of the tank valve and costly repairs that KZ will not cover. The quality of the build looks decent at a glance but there is clearly no pride taken by the people building these rv's.

    Failed to notify owners of recall concerning LP gas fittings subjecting owners to possible fire and explosion. This is a serious safety issue that simple communication could have resolved immediately and makes me question anything KZ states concerning quality.

    **************** is horrible. We purchased a camper 6 months ago roof is splitting due to manufacturer defect and they refuse to fix it. Saying we damaged it. Hit a tree well if I hit a tree there would be denting but it is a complete split all the way down the side of the roof and wood is showing like the roof was pulled to tight. The place we bought it from is furious with them and has fought even asking where the damage is and they will not tell them. I will never recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever. purchase another thing from them. They donot stand behind thir product and there for are pieces of c*** They are rude and disrespectful to their customers. Buyer beware. Never purchase any kz product ever

    Don't by a Sonic trailer by Venture RV (part of KZ). We purchased it in Jan 2021 and have only used it a handful of times. We asked on pick up from ****** RV about the bottom of the slide being about 3/4 to 1" out from the top when closed. They told us this was intentional for water run off. This weekend, we were camping and the slide wouldn't fully extend and would not go back in despite all of the attempts to retime and use the manual switch. When we took the facia board of the front of the slide, the slide floor buckled and the walls started to detach. After much ado to get it in so we could drive it to a repair facility, we dropped it off.We received a call from the technician asking us to come see what was going on. Well, the tracks for the slides were installed crooked so for the past two years its been pulling and twisting the slide when it when in. The columns were installed tilted out at the bottom, thus the slide sticking out at the bottom when closed. And, we learned, the crappy plywood facia was twisting too. That's why when we removed it to see under and get it closed to come home, it started collapsing. I've left messages and emails with Venture to no avail. I fully understand the warranty, but ************** says this is the WORST he has ever seen. Venture says, expect excellent customer service...that would include at least a call back. Buyer beware of shoddy craftsmanship. ***************************

    Bumper to Bumper warranty is useless. I have a 2022 303QBSE, it's 7 months old. The shower leaks where the gasket is rotten. ** says that's a normal maintenance repair by the owner..Really!!!! It's 7 months old. Now I've gotta disassemble the entire shower to put new gaskets down on something that's ONLY 7 MONTHS OLD..

    SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY, DO NOT BUY A KZ DURANGO GOLD! Our 2019 KZ Gold started having issues with the rear seal on the living room slide out. After removal of the seal it was discovered that he slide out had been installed off center and the rear seal did not have enough clearance while the front seal had to much clearance. We made contact with ******* who manufactured the frame and slide out mechanisms to see it could be adjusted. They said that they could be adjusted but when I sent them pictures of how ours was mounted the said it could not be adjusted horizontally. In fact ******* said they had not ever seen a slide out mounted the way KZ had done it. KZ had welded the mounts in a way that no horizontal adjustment could be made. We then contacted KZ and the runaround began.. KZ insisted it was Lipperts problem, ******* insisted KZ had installed the slide out wrong. At this point it became clear that the slide out would have to be cut from the mounts and shifted, rewelded etc. KZ refused to accept any responsibility and declined to pay for the repairs. The double wiper seal used in the slide out is $400 for just the rear. This does not include installation this is just the seal. KZ is not who you want to do business with.
