  Very poor customer service. Called and asked for corporate office number, was told by manager I couldn't have it. Looked it up at Better Business Bureau and called. No one answers the phones. Have used service for fleet of vehicles for some time. Just had a simple question about membership. The lack of customer service appalled me. I am lucky I found out about their abysmal customer service before I had a real issue with them. Leaving and never coming back. Stay away from this company.

  I recently visited Drive & Shine Car Wash to get an oil change for my car, attracted by their enticing advertisement offering a free car wash along with the oil change. I choose the Platinum Plan, which included a range of additional checks and services such as tire pressure, washer fluid, and filters. Unfortunately, my visit to the car wash left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied.Firstly, I asked for Mobile 1 oil they dont have it, despite their promise of using ********** they ended up using a completely different brand without any prior notification. This discrepancy alone was enough to undermine my confidence in their ability to deliver on their advertised promises.Moreover, the advertised free car wash was not provided to me at all. I had chosen the Platinum Plan, fully expecting my car to receive a thorough cleaning. However, the car wash was completely neglected, and my vehicle was returned to me in the same state as when I arrived. This lack of attention to detail and failure to honor their own offer was highly unprofessional.Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed to find out that they did not perform any of the additional checks they claimed to include in the Platinum Plan. My tires were left unchecked, and there was no inspection of the washer fluid or filters. This negligence not only raises concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction but also poses potential risks to the overall maintenance and safety of vehicles serviced there.When I approached the manager to express my dissatisfaction and seek resolution, I was met with complete indifference. The manager showed no willingness to address the issues or offer any form of compensation. In fact, I was shocked to hear that he dismissed my concerns outright, suggesting that I had no recourse and could not even take legal action against them.

  Absolutely Terrible!!! I have been on auto pay with them for at least five years. I pay approximately $43 per month. They state their hours are until 8 PM but that is a huge HUGE LIE!! If you go at 7:00, they have already cleaned up shop turned off lights. Everybody is gone. No one in sight. if you are like me and you like to clean your car before you put it away for the evening, forget it!! if you call and complain, they say they are allowed to leave early if they do not have a lot of customers. If you ask for a customer service number, they repeatedly tell you they do not have one, and you have to go to their website to find it.. they do not need to stay at work, because they already have enough people paying auto pay. Why would they need to stay if youre already paying?? This has happened to me at least 25 times in the past six months. I cannot tell you how many times I have paid another company to wash my vehicle because they closed early. It makes me so angry that they have taken up so much space with multiple car washes and indoor vacuum centers just to rip people off. Dont join, its a RIP OFF!!

  Went to have my car washed and requested the $40.00 inside and out full wash. The attendant told me for one extra dollar I could have unlimited washes for 30 days. He charged my card for $31.00 and told me to have the detail attendant charge my card for another $10.00. Neither attendant gave me a receipt to sign. After reviewing my credit card transactions the next day. I see that I was charge $31.00 plus $25.00. This is $15.00 more than I agree too. I emailed the company to find out I was enrolled in the *** plan, which I never authorized. I call the store and only received voicemail, which was filled. I plan on visiting the location this week. Stay away they are crooks.

  Went to the brand new Drive and shine on ************************ just after they opened. Was in the line to pay for A (single) car wash.. I was approached by an employee who asked if he could help. I said Im just here for a car wash.. he said we have a special going on, you buy a car wash and for $1 you get a month of washes for free. I said I was not interested in any membership. I was told. No, its just a promotion we are running. I used the wash may 4 times the 2nd time the car wash pulled the emblems off the front of my Truck.. this is not a $1000 truck its a $60,000 truck. I had to pay to get the new emblems and decided that I would put them off after the month of free car washes were done. Now Drive & Shine has charging me $50 for a membership that I was very clear about NOT wanting and being reassured by the employee that I wasnt being signing up for a membership This has cost me a total of $187. I have tried to contact corporate with no reply. Called the store, they filed a refund request which was a joke. The person who called me back was unprofessional, didnt identify themselves when they called me, just asked if I called Drive& shine? I explained the issue and about the emblems and was asked did you pull back around to report it? Iits on the grill of my truck, its a drive thru car wash, how many people get out and inspect their vehicles after pulling out of a car wash? My ******** post on their page has been deleted and I am blocked on ******** messenger. I have submitted a review and that is being ignored. I have tried to get them to fix THEIR employees mistake and I am ignored. I would rate them a -10 stars. I just want my $50 back that they took out of my account.

  I have a 2021 truck and everytime we went to get it washed at Drive and Shine it would come out with scratches. Complained to management and their responds was that they were there before the wash. If they were there I would like to see the video. Also they raise my membership price from $38 to $43 a month without even notifying me. Never will I use their services again. Very dissatisfied with how they handle things. No matter what they will never admit to wrong doing. It's always gonna be the "scratches were already there."
