I have dealt with them before and it was bad so when I ended up pregnant and this was all I could find I was mad to have to deal with these unprofessional again. Moving into Cedar **** apartments was a mistake my newborn and I so far been threw h*** and they still haven't reached out. We spent the whole winter without heat and I had to rush my child to the hospital bc of the mold. This place is dirty they pay ppl to clean but they come on 26th st and do nothing because they know the office won't check. My neighbor has had piles of trash outside her door for months and months I complain but no one does nothing. When I moved in my apartment the one maintenance guy rushed to fix this apartment for me bc the check list you fill out to show whats wrong when you move in was filled front to back. Holes were in the was the door were coming off the hinges rushed paint and they tried to fill the holes and didn't do that right I could go on and on. Now out of the blue they raised the rent to an extra $30, which I've noticed they want their money but not doing work orders or taking care of their residents or the property but just built a brand new building for the staff that they don't have.... wow and as far as putting people in the office to confuse people instead of helping won't work bc some people need answers everything can't be swept under the rug.
