    I purchased a product through ******* Design. Apparently, ******* Design uses CEVA Delivery to deliver their products. I was told that my product would be delivered by CEVA on Monday, July 11, 2022 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. No one from CEVA showed up. I was, thereafter, told that my product would be delivered by CEVA on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, a CEVA driver showed up at 10:00 a.m. with a package. After he left, we noticed that the package was for the wrong customer, and it was not ours. We contacted CEVA to have the driver come pack, pick up the wrong package, and deliver our correct package. Later that afternoon, on July 13, 2022, the CEVA driver came back, pick up the incorrect package, and told me that my package was not on his truck. He looked at the incorrect package and told me that CEVA labeled it wrong. He confirmed that my package was still at the CEVA warehouse. On July 13, 2022, he told me that my package would be delivered the following day, July 14, 2022 and he would probably be the driver doing the delivery. He further told me that a CEVA rep would contact me to schedule the time for the following day. By Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., I had not heard from anyone nor did anyone deliver my package. At 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022, I contacted CEVA to inform them, again, of what was going on. The person I spoke to on the phone said that no one will be delivering my package today (7/14/22), and that they scheduled it for delivery on Friday, July 15, 2022 between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. I asked why no one contacted me to tell me they scheduled it for Friday, and I want my package today as I was told and have been waiting since Monday. He told me it will not happen. He told me he does not know why no one contacted me, but he thought they have not gotten around to it yet. This is unacceptable behavior.

    Avoid this company at all costs. Any seller should avoid using them for delivery. The customer is always wrong according to them. When I called about missing items on the delivery they said everything was delivered and gave me the run around. Most definitely contacting a lawyer to see if theres anything I can bring up on them but Im doubtful. Website doesnt work, customer service you have to spend 30 minutes on the phone to reach a person. Blah!!
