    I hired Graef Construction in March 2022 for Kitchen Remodel. He was a nightmare to work with. He did not follow through on anytime frame he gave me; I was told by a contractor that he hired that they would have been there sooner but had not paid them yet. He left me with no running water from August 13th until October 21st after he said the job would take 4 weeks to complete. He also said my sliding Patio Door was back ordered and some people waited over a year to get there door in. I finally demanded my door be delivered to me and the shipping showed it had been sent to him on August 19th. He did not arrange to install until Dec 8th and still has not explained to me why. He did the bulk of the work by Oct 29th and then did not plan on coming back until Dec 8th to finish (45 days with no explanation of why he could not be there) but he was posting at least 3 other jobs he was working on on Instagram. I paid him a total of $62,090.60 and my kitchen is not finished. I asked him to reimubrse me the amount of money it would take to have another contractor finish the job. He emailed me back on Jan 19th and said he would agree to reimburse me $1695 (Which does not cover all of the costs but I did agree to) and he would send me an agreement to look over that weekend which would have been Jan 21st/ 22nd. It is now Feb 7th and I have recieved nothing from him.

    I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 2-7-23 because of issues I was having with this **** not completing my kitchen. He sent me an electronic agreement which I signed on Feb 16th and he said he would send me a refund check for the agreed amount the week of Feb 28th 2023. I still have not recieved it and I have contacted him twice with no response. This issue is not resolved; he is again not following through on what he said he would do.

    Customer has been paid, I dont have a transaction in the bank showing a check was ran. I emailed ******** proof of funds and dropped off a bank check.
