      During the Summer of 2022 my groceries to Go order was given to another customer. I was not called prior to pick up nor was the order reshopped. I wasn't informed of the issue until I showed up to pick up my order. I left without my groceries and a promise that I would get a call the next day. I never got a call the next day nor did I get my groceries. The second day after I was to pick up my order I called the store and was told my order was ready for pick up and there was no message to call me or explanation as to what happened. After several weeks of back and forth the manager and I agreed to a lifetime GTG subscription. I was told that it would be noted in my account. November of 2023 I realized I had been paying for my GTG subscription for 6+ months. Was told they didn't offer a lifetime subscription and basically told I was lying. This has been going on for almost 3 months with very little communication from the ******** *********** Manager and the ******* **** manager. They did offer me a year long GTG subscription which I took, but then I found my notes detailing the entire situation and with the name of the manager whom I dealt with. Everyone is refusing to acknowledge my emails let alone respond to them. I want what was promised to me...the lifetime subscription.

      This is within the last 12 months.  The subscription ended June 2023 which was 8 months ago.  It should not have ended.

      Martins Supermarket on ************** ******* ******* promised me a lifetime Groceries To Go Pick up subscription as a way to make it right and keep me as a customer after they made a horrible error with my order. GTG Subscription was canceled and neither local store management or upper management will honor the promise despite the fact that I have information documenting my claim. and Ive been called a liar despite the documentation They did give me another year subscription and a gift card that has to be picked up at the store by January 19 when they offered the ** on February 9.
