    I moved into a home with Homeworks about five years ago. My entire time in the home I called maintenance a total of five times maybe , since my father and fiance are handy men I handled mostly all issues in the home updated light fixtures , added a fence, bought new kitchen faucets etcI paid rent each month and never had any legal issues while in this home. A few months before moving I was informed that a new property manager began working for the rental company. (The new manager is a person I dont have a good past with so I am not at all surprised at how I am being targeted.) I paid $1500 for a deposit @ move in.I paid all my rent and didnt owe a dollar when I moved out. I removed all of my items and wiped down everything in home. I was told during the walk through that they knew I lived there five years and its mostly wear and tear in the home.I have visited the home to check for my mail with the most recent time going there being today and NOTHING has been done for you all to take the majority my deposit the way you did!!!The carpet was pulled thats it and the home is listed for sale. The carpet was old when I moved in and I lived there for five years, so I would expect them to replace it or remove it before moving someone else but without charging me. I am so disappointed and displeased and I will be appealing the charges.

    Please note **** ******* is no longer with us. We have reviewed the deposit statement and have determined that $625 should be refunded from the original statement sent. This would eliminate the flooring charge as well as a late fee that should not have been posted on the account. Our office should reach out once the refund is ready.

    Homeworks failed to remove a rotting tree in our backyard and it continuously dropped gigantic branches whenever it was a storm and i almost got hit in the head I put in several work orders they only removed bits and pieces of the tree and another storm hit and we lost power losing all of our food and my husband could not run his breathing machine for 24 hrs

    This is already scheduled with a vendor to finish removing it.  Because of the storms in the area, it was extremely difficult to find a tree care vendor to drop what they were doing to accommodate us.  As we explained to the resident, we manage the homes, but are at the mercy of vendors when it comes to large projects like that.  We do not have tree cutting equipment etc.  
    I have reached out to RC Trees AGAIN requesting an ETA on when this project is completed.
