      I was very pleased with everything except **** They never gave me a call or time of delivery. Showed up when I was at work and dumped it all on my front porch. Also the **** that were installed will not reset even after Discount Tire calibrated them.

      I submitted a road hazard claim and ordered the replacement tire at the same time. The tire arrived at the installer two days later, as promised, and was installed. I haven't yet checked the status of the claim; I think I have to submit paperwork confirming the installation.

      Received my tires in 2 days. Price was fantastic and the 2 year Road Hazard is awesome!I have purchased many tires from Tire Rack and will absolutely continue using them in the future!

      The tires had arrived in short order at ************/ installer. They look good (so far). The ride is a bit harsher than I had anticipated, but that will adjust as they settle I am sure. We always have done well with Tire Rack, and I hope that we continue to do well with them.

      Ordered a TPMS instrument and a TireRack rep called the next morning to make sure that it would work with my car, which they checked and it did. I used it that evening and it worked perfectly.I highly appreciate the call.
