On May 27, 2020, McCalister Bros came to pump out our septic. When they did, they told me they had an "emergency" - that our cement tank had a hole in it. On May 28, they came back to install a new polyurethane tank with a baffle. They explained that the baffle protects the fingers of the septic system. I paid $3300 for this new tank and installation. I am in the process of selling our home. On July 2, 2024, C. H. McCalister ************* LLC came to inspect the septic tank. They failed the inspection because the size of the tank is too small.I received the report on Monday, July 15. On Tuesday, July 16, I left a voicemail about the failed inspection due to the size of the tank they installed, and requested them to rectify this problem. I never heard back from them, so on Wednesday the 17th I sent them a letter via certified mail, requesting the same. On Friday, July 19, I left a voicemail message for *************************** at the Vigo ************************* as my realtor, *********************, had spoken with him, and he said he would contact McCalister Bros. I would like to resolve this issue ASAP, so I can sell my house.
