      In the 5 years we have lived at our residence, we have had to use this company. In those 5 years we had auto pay set up and never missed a payment. Today I had someone show up at my door, knocking aggressively, and said that I HAD to come out of my home and pay an overdue bill in front of him or he should be shutting off our gas. When I politely explained my husband pays the bill and I don't have access to the account number, and that it must be a mistake because we've always paid our bill, he again told me I need to go call my husband in front of him or else out gas would be shut off. Mind you this treatment was for a $59 overdue bill, our auto pay had somehow gotten turned off, and we had NEVER received any statement of a missed payment. This man was adamant about me paying over the phone and he had to witness it. So the only kind thing he did was supply me with the account number so he could hover over me as I made the late and this billing cycles payment. If I had a choice, I would never use a company that responded this way to a one time, small over due payment. I felt intimated, and was embarrassed as my neighbors drove by watching me nervously on my porch trying to make calls.
