    This is the second time I have dealt with Robben Metal Restoration - it had been a few years in between - and I can't imagine how much better it can get! I didn't think that the darkened, worn and scratched silverplate cutlery would ever look the same again. When I opened the box, I could not believe they were the same items I had sent to be restored. She had done a beautiful and professional job. I give a 5 star+ rating to Rita and her crew for bringing new life back to old and battered cherished silverplate items that will stay in my family forever!

    Robben repaired a candle stick which had been a gift to my great grandfather in 1933. I could find no other place which could do the work. I then sent the second piece for polishing and rehab. Both will be given as gifts to my children. I am happy with the work done by ****.

    Rita at Robben Metal Restoration responded immediately when I e-mailed her, and she did a wonderful job of restoring and polishing my silver basket and repairing damaged filigree around a sterling silver candle stick which had been bashed in. I can't recommend Robben Metal restoration more highly!

    I engaged Rita twice for repair and polishing of sterling candlesticks, some of which were in rather sorry shape. The quoted prices were, I felt, reasonable. The process of submitting and receiving the pieces to/from Rita was straightforward and great care was taken by her with the shipment of the finished work. Rita’s work on the pieces was exquisite and turned what were formerly almost junk items into treasures. I unhesitatingly recommend Rita for silversmithing work.

    Robbins did an amazing job restoring my silver pedestal candy dish.  We inherited it in rough shape, 30 years ago and lived with it that way (tarnished/unpolishable and dented.  They made it look like new, as if it was on the store shelf awaiting our purchase.  I am going to go through the house and find additional neglected silver for them to make their magic with. Thanks.

    Competent, attentive customer service, and very competitive pricing. Easy to communicate with. They helped me by straightening out a dented chalice used in church services. It never looked so good as it did after their work.
