    Product/Service Details:I was a resident of the Redpoint Apartment Complex until my lease end date on Jul 26th, 2023. Problem:After my departure, I was charged for the following services: 'Trash Removal - Trash Removal (per bag)', and 'Common Area Clean - Common Area Light Clean'. The charges are based on a picture taken before the moving out of my roommate who left 3 days after my departure. I believe this is a mistake as these charges pertain to items and messes that belonged to my roommate and neighbors, and not to myself. I had cleaned my living area before my departure, and my roommate had also cleaned his after his departure.Desired Resolution:I request that these charges be reconsidered and removed from my account as they are not applicable to me. I propose the apartment management redirect these charges to the appropriate resident(s) based on their move-out dates. I have attached the relevant communications that support my claims. Additionally, my roommate is willing to attest to the fact that he cleaned the apartment after his departure, which was after my own move-out date.
