2021 I had purchased a vehicle. 2015 ****** Sentra. Dealership told me they had sent my title through mail and I had never received it. I have been currently trying to fix this situation, but I am unable to get a duplicate title from them. The bmv will not allow me to get it myself nor my loan company North ****************** The dealership told me they got the vehicle from Carvana an auto company, but supposedly ****** wasn't complying to to get the duplicate. I cannot register the vehicle until I get the duplicate title, and no one seems to be doing the proper job to get it to me.

We sold a 2015 ****** Sentra to ************** and allowed time for the check to clear our bank.  Once the check had cleared we tried reaching him at least a dozen times on the phone and leaving messages for him to come pick up the title with zero response.  Once the time got close that the state legally allows to deliver a valid title we had to send it to him via priority mail, which we did.  He received all of the required documents that he needed to register his vehicle, which I have copies of.  I also have the receipt of delivery with the address provided by the customer.  ************** also took this up with the ****************, which I provided all documents to the field officer and the case was closed.  The field officer told ************** he needed to apply for a court ordered title because Route ******* fulfilled their obligation to provide ************** with everything he needed for this transaction.  I have no way to get a duplicate title to this vehicle.
