    SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis ************************ cancelled our reservation after I landed at ************ at 9pm, on Friday, Feb. 17th.A brief recap:I contacted Marriot front desk to schedule a pick-up service. At this point, the man who answered became very sarcastic and simply put rude to the extreme degree. I requested that he act professionally and send the shuttle service. At which point he hung up on my face.Additionally, after I landed, my husband, also spoke to him to confirm that we would get **************** that we previously requested. The man responded impolitely and used offensive language, in fact he called my husband a DICK! and said I am cancelling your reservation then an hung up on his face.I then contacted Marriot global, I was told that all calls were recorded and there would be an investigation. We also went to the hotel the very next morning and spoke to a female front desk manager and explained what had happen. Currently, Im not sure if any action has been pursued or if management found his behavior acceptable. NOBODY from Marriot team has apologize or responded to our grievance.Keep in mind, I was force to look for a last-minute hotel, late at night, at the ************. Unfortunately, I trusted Marriot to provide a nice, comfortable stay for the evening. As recurrent hotel guests at the 4 star hotels such as the ****** and the **********, we were very shocked to have such an unforeseen exchange with bad-mannered front desk staff. Never has this happened to us.It is transparent that ****************** overlooks such unprofessional behavior. I had to incur $200 for this last minute hotel and travel arrangements.
