    Avoid this guy at all cost..total lazy idiot..get someone else save yourself time and aggrevation you'll thank me later

    *** came to my home in Feb and fixed a broken piece on my 2 yr old Kitchen Aide fridge. He was very personable and explained during Covid, Kitchen Aide started using cheap plastic Whirlpool parts and he is seeing a lot of issues with Kitchen Aide. He replaced the broken piece. Two months later my fridge was making the same sounds as when the part was broken. *** came back and told my adult daughter, the part was not broken and if I could live with the sound, there was nothing he could do. Sound is increasing and *** left voice messages, text and spoken to women in the office. NO CALL BACK!! Left a message on Zacs phone a few days ago explaining I just want to know HOW I can check to see if the part is broken. NO RESPONSE. Even if it is due to cheap parts that are out of their control, a call back would be the professional courtesy I would expect.

    Very professional. Arrived on time, finished job quickly and did an excellent job. Very reasonably priced. I have already referred them to another person and will definitely be a repeat customer.
