    Submitted an online application to view a home and paid $20 fee. Two weeks later and after several failed attempts to contact company, I finally got a response saying the owner of the property had decided to go another direction. And yet the home is still listed as available on their website. Evolve did not offer an apology nor did they offer to help me find another home to view. This shows no respect for my time. They seem to hide behind texts, email, and an automated voice messaging system. This company demonstrates poor customer service and lacks professionalism.

    Thank you for reaching out. There are several places on the application where it states that all questions on the application must be filled out completely. There were multiple areas that were not filled out. There were also no references listed. Failure to fill out the application properly, and failure to list any references resulted in the application being denied.
