ALERTS were NOT given when flights were booked to indicate that there were NO more seats available at that price. Alerts such as this should be given BEFORE billing the credit card ********************************** is UNWILLING to cancel the charges for the tickets purchased for the seats that were unavailable at the price offered. They told us we were not flexible when they offered different flights dates and schedules, different airports and standbythese offerings did not fit our schedule. I called them twice and they told me I had no valid reason to cancel the charges or flights. They basically offered something that didnt exist. Onedollarfly charged me $2,200 after a bough a ticket for $850 to *************, ****** on 5/8/25. I tried to get a refund on the $850 ticket because after buying it online, I was told by the call center that no luggage could be taken on the flight. There was NO indication of that on the website. I dont know where they got the $2,200 amount which I Never approved. I have reported it to my bank as fraud as well as the **************************. On April 23rd, ref # ***** I returned contact was told AUS was on stand-by. I asked why stand-by when I was already told the flight was confirmed. They said bc the airline changed the information. I asked them to reach out to me once they figured it all out. I called today, May 9th to confirm status and was told that my flight leaving from AUS was not going to be available and the return would need to be modified. At first. I said I did not authorize anything until the flights were confirmed. ****** told me I was already charged and there were no refunds. I advised her that if I don't get the service I paid for; I am not obligated to make any payment and according to my *********** my card was not charged, but to make sure the card will be replaced. ****** found me a flight and if I was willing to change the time and/or airport, she will find me a flight for the money I agreed to on the original agreement. My original airport was Islip and she wanted me to fly out of *** 1 1/2 hrs away or EWR 2hrs 15 min and I refused to take those flights. She than said she would give me a non-stop flight if I would return to ***. I said I would be willing to do this but once she said it would be another ****** on top of the ****** I said "I do not authorize any transaction for a flight. She said she would charge me $359.00 now and than I would get a refund for the ******. This did not make sense. The flight she was charging would have only changed the return flight which was the ****** (which I wasn't told until I agreed) under the assumption there would be no additional charges. I ended the call; frustrated and feeling gouged I advised her I would be contacting the BBB and my ********** and no charges would be authorized at any time. She thought I was bluffing. April 19th. The had an ad online for $199 plane ticket. Well it wasn't true. They didn't include baggage or anything. Which was not included in their advertising. They talked me into adding baggage. Before I knew it they charged me over $250. Then they wanted another $450. I had to cancel my bank card before they could charge me more. Also in the same phone call after they told me the price. I asked for immediate refund. All in the same conversation. They said no. They had my $250. I've had to cancel my card and order a new one, because they keep trying to charge me. I booked a ticket for a promotion I seen online for one dollar fly. Which was for a family member **** A ***** leaving ******** on May 8 and arriving ******* on May 9. The return was from arrizona to ****** on May 16 2025. The promotion round trip this company was given was for $******. I purchased a ticket and entered all the correct information regarding my family member. As soon as I entered the payment and completed the payment process it gave me a receipt that the gender said female instead of male as I entered it in the system. So I called the agency right away and spoke to their agent 20 mins after I booked the ticket. The agent stated because it was done right away he would change it. So I received an email on April 13 that the gender was changed and nothing had to be paid. I received another email from their agency to contact them to confirm the ticket. So I called April ************************************************************************* 300 more to upgrade the promotion. I stated I did not care to upgrade all I wanted was to purchase the ticket that they already charged my account for and I told them the gender was already changed from one of their agents right away. The supervisor now stated they need to charge me 300 more to change from basic to main cabin but I stated I need just the promotion that I paid for. They stated that I also would be charged 90 if I needed them to make changes on the gender. I stated the gender change was already made 20 mins after the ticket was purchased and I spoke to the agent t and the agent sent me an email that it was changed from female to male. The supervisor still insisted it wasnt changed and I need to pay 300 something more still. I told them they are frauding people and I need to just get the purchase ticket that they were offering at ******. All dates are in 2025 On March 16, as I was searching for airline tickets online, a list of ticket companies popped up. I purchased 2 tickets online from a company called One Dollar Fly. Each ticket was listed on the site at $176 each. The tickets were the best price, had the dates and times we needed, and ***************** was the airline that we would be flying on, so I was comfortable with that. I did notice there was a clause that said tickets were non-refundable at this price. I thought to myself, "that's okay because our travel dates are pretty well set."I got a phone call from One Dollar Fly shortly after I had purchased the tickets online. I couldn't understand the first ***** at all, and the second ***** was only a little better. Both *****s spoke "English" in a foreign accent. The second ***** informed me that I would be charged another $126 for each ticket so we would be able to take a carry-on and personal item with us on the plane. He kept pointing out that our ticket was non-refundable and if I didn't pay the extra $126 for each ticket, we would forfeit our tickets which were $176 each. This really riled me because we could have bought tickets directly from ***************** for about the same price or less. I argued until I was exhausted and finally agreed to pay the extra, so I wouldn't lose the nonrefundable amount. On March 18, my bank account had a withdrawal in the amount of $100.04, taken out by **** EXPERTS On March 19, I had 2 withdrawals for $255.98 taken out by AMERICAN.On April 1, I received a call from the ********************************** from ***************** telling me they had received a notice of a suspicious transaction purchase. She verified my name and flights we would be on and she said they looked like they were valid, but that I should make sure they don't get cancelled.I believe I paid full price for the tickets and was charged an extra $100.04 by One Dollar Fly. I purchased a flight with **************************. They were not able to accommodate my flight. They stared that flight was never available, if I check any site I will not see any flights for that small amount. I stated I do not work there how am I to know this isnt the price and wanted to know if they can get me another flight. Of course Im not knowing the price would be double almost triple of the cost of the price I booked. Do we are going back and forth Im stating no this price doesnt work for me. I asked for a manager, the call was transferred from ****** to the manager. I spoke to the manager hes trying to give me some outrageous rates and all I am asking for is to cancel if they arent able to accommodate me. I asked the manager give me a call back, as I called ***************** to see if my card had been charged. And it wasnt what I learned from ***************** once I made the call was they stated the website I booked through never purchased the ticket.. So there was no itinerary or confirmation from the airline. The website had not sent out any information regarding this flight. So after I spoke to *****************; onedollarfly called back and stated they had me a flight for around 1150. I stated that was not what I was not something I wanted to pay. They stated over at one ******* they will send me over the itinerary via email and I just needed to respond with I agree I stated to the manager but I dont agree and Im not accepting that because that was not the price of the original charge. I told them they can call me back but I never answered after. I have the screenshots of them attempting to charge my card 1500 plus dollars I never agree to. I never took the flight because there was never a flight booked and I never agreed to the new booking.That was attempted robe charged on my account and made. I purchased tickets to the fraud company for ***************** and ** didnt have any information on me purchasing a ticket on 01/07/2025. I was informed that i wouldn't get a refund. On November 20, 2024, I paid for a roundtrip ticket from *** to ***** on Delta for $192. I received an email saying the ticket is pending. I called up their customer service to confirm the ticket and I was told that there is no availability on the return (Nov. 26). But, they can get me another flight for a total of over $330. I told them to cancel the order. They said there are no cancelations. I told them that they are not providing the service for which I paid. They said it's too bad. Either pay more or lose the money. 11/06/2024 I DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR $423.89 DOLLARS THEY ADVERTIZED A ROUND TRIP AND ONLY SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL Reference No : ODF20918. BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE THE TICKETS AND HAD TO CALL THEM TO WHICH THEY TRIED TO CHANGE THE FLIGHTS AND UPCHARGE ME UP TO $400 DOLLAR TO DO SO. THEY EVEN TRIED TO CHANGE THE DESTINATION, TO WHICH I DENIED AND THE GUY STARTED SCREAMING AND TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME ANY WAY AND THAT THERE WAS NO WAY TO CANCEL AND HE ENDED THE CALL. I DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY EVEN WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS FOR THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISED.
