    On November 10, 2022. I had an Annual Physical with Dr Willie * ***** at Ark City Clinic. My Insurance cover 100% for this service but the provider have to file a claim as an Annual Physical otherwise my insurance will Not pay. During the visit, Dr ***** saw that I have a skin tag on my neck and he used a tweezer to remove it. The process took only about 10 seconds. At that time, I didn't expect he was going to charge me for that, but he did anyway. I trusted him since Iam his long time patient and believed he know what he need to do for an Annual Physical . Iam only a patient . I don't know what is consider part of physical and what is not. I did NOT ask him to remove the skin tag for me. Now I got two bills, one from ***** ******* ****** ******* ******. the other one from the doctor office, which is Ark City Clinic. I called the Clinic and the hospital about the bills, but they said because the doctor removed my skin tag so the whole visit can not claim as an annual physical and made me pay. I called my Insurance. they said if the clinic resubmit the claim. they'll pay, but both the hospital and the clinic refused to do so. I came to the hospital twice but they said there is nothing they can do. Note: this is not the first time I have this problem. As far as I know this happen to me at least three to four times. sometimes they fixed, sometimes they don't. *** ** ** ********* **** *** * ***** **** **** ***. I scheduled for an annual physical and was there for only physical. what the doctor did to me on that day was up to my doctor. Iam really tired paying for this service when iam not supposed to. please help me fixed this, Thanks. sincerely, Van *****
