    The owner of the place is extremely rude, cursing at me and is charging me a $75 fee for having an attitude with his son. He has my car at his tow lot and I am not sure if there are any damages to my vehicle as they seem to be malicious people. I have contacted these people by phone twice and both times the owner is extremely mean even when I am being professional. He eggs on the curse words even though I do not say anything back to him and am agreeing to all charges. I do not feel safe interacting with this business and they have my personal vehicle in their possession.

    Our tow service was asked by the Leavenworth County Sheriffs Department to respond to help deputies. She was found driving on a suspended license and expired registration to the vehicle and no proof of insurance. As a result the vehicle was held until all 3 citations were taken care of by direction of the sheriffs dept. and the state of Kansas. Once she got everything taken care of the vehicle was released back to her. Yes she was told if she does not stop calling our dispatchers and yelling at them calling us thefts she would be seeing charges for her actions as in money or the sheriffs dept. will charge her with counts of harassment for every phone call.

    This involved the police but not jail. I was pulled over for expired registration and no insurance. The sheriff's department called bakers tow to tow my vehicle and bakers tow showed up about 5 minutes later.
