    PC#******** Learn from my horrible mistake & experience. I have pages of detailed notes. Too much to post, Summary here. 13 times during the trial period I asked to return the bed & was gas-lit out of it & made to think it was me that was the problem & not the crappy bed. Quality-awful. Spent $9k. IMO Target Blowup mattress is comparable quality. Controllers are garbage. Sales Service–nice when making the sale. When issues, I was treated as tho I were stupid & even called an "idiot" by a rep when I couldn't figure it out eventho it didn't matter cuz parts were defective. Delivery. Their system was down so I couldn't track. A big bashed up & open box of misc parts left on my porch. Mattress dumped on the bottom of my driveway without notice while I was out of town. Installation. 1st a Task Rabbit type & they had no clue. PC sent incorrect instructions so they could not complete. Next to come had no clue either - but figured out w/PC on phone. Bed wouldn't hold air- felt like water bed low on water. PC made me feel like I was imagining it & was a nuisance. Service attempted several times. Each time the person who came had no experience. PC even sent people from Junk Removal company 3 time who said they were here to pick up junk & didn’t know anything about repairing bed. When someone came who could help, it was determined air chamber & pump were defective. I'd been told I'd have 30 days after fully repaired to return. I was concerned about the trial time running out since they were avoiding me. I was trying to get the replacement parts & repairs scheduled & called daily for 2 weeks-each time left a message or told “he will call you right back”. No response. Thus I put dispute w/credit card. When PC reached out told me I had to release the dispute before they would schedule the final repair. Once dispute released, they did repair. But rescinded the 30 days from final repair to return - which I was intending to do. Wish there were negative stars to rate

    that night thinking that we were going to have a great sleep, my husband who is an older man fell out of it. He was able to get back into bed, but the problem is the sides of the mattress is very soft. So, if you sit on the side of the bed, you just slide off of it. I called the company and told them what had happened. I called the company and said that I had to return it due to the safety for my husband. He understood and said the we could return it with no early return penalties. So, I asked what all was needed to be returned. Mainly, how to pack it up for return. Then he told me that only a few parts could be returned. Like hoses, air compressor, and the remote controls for both sides of the bed. I'm think WHAT???!!! What about the frame, mattress {which I now understand that due to health reasons the mattress can't be returned} which is fine, but the huge metal frame! He said that it would cost to much for them to ship the frame back, so it was mine to keep and use for another mattress. Which I have no use for. We also purchased a Bed Jet, which forces warm or cool into your mattress for you personal comfort. That box was never opened or added to our mattress. I wanted to see how the bed felt first before adding this to it. The representative said that they wouldn't take that back either. I told him the box wasn't even opened or used yet. I was having the bed financed and the total was $5600. The company told me that when I returned the items that could be returned, that would leave me with a balance of around $3000 that I will still have to pay. I called ************************* and they do the same. They only take back certain pieces of the bed back. So, you still have to pay for the mattress and frame.

    The customer complained of a comfort issue in December of 22 and at that time he was offered and shipped a 1" piece of gel infused visco foam for a king size mattress. There was no contact from this customer until late July of 23 and it was determined he had a chamber leaking. We shipped a replacement chamber under the terms of the warranty at no charge to the customer. November of 23 the customer called to request a return and a full refund. At that time the request was denied as his trial ended on 3/31/2023 per the terms and conditions of the sale.

    I purchased a "last season" bed from Personal Comfort, at a substantial discount, and it came with PowerFlex bases! It was just an all-around FANTASTIC deal. There were "snafus" which is why it's not quite 5 stars, buuuuut, "Kaitlyn" @ Personal Comfort has worked to make it right, lacking 1-2 things that are being worked on (But reach out! Let's get them solved!). When I received my bed (an A7), and two bases, we had it all setup and realized one base was not like the other. One was a PowerFlex 3 and the other was a PowerFlex 4 (both were supposed to be a 4!). These are EXTREMELY heavy, bought for our hurting backs! Oh well. But a quick phone call and emails resulted in the correct P-Flex 4 being on the way (and what a difference it makes, with pillow tilt, a better remote, other minor feature differences, plus the nicer "look"). However, as fate would have it, it arrived with minor damage from either shipping or manufacturing which likely necessitates replacement too (we're still working through this, but again, please reach out!). And we have issues with our pump where one side needs careful adjustment (its 20 is a "HOLE", equal to 0 on the other side), but also being worked through (reach out?). But if it's on the right setting, it is QUITE comfortable. And then the last two, we've wanted from literally day 0! First, we wanted to upgrade from A7 to an A10. Please help us do so! I wanted an A10 upgrade before I bought it! My spine wants to give you more money! Second, I've tried to purchase the extended warranty since day 0. But aside from emails letting me know they'd be HAPPY to sell it to me and that they'd give me a call (every time I'd make the request!), nobody called! I started when I got the bed and tried for the next 10 months! Please let me give you more money! Despite these snafus, we ARE quite happy with the bed, and the service. The price was great, the bed is comfortable, and the QUALITY is high. Compare it to the competition. We did.

    They delivered me a broken bed and refuse to replace the bed. In addition, they had a warranty place contact me and having me wait months for my bed to get fixed and it's still not fixed to date. I just want my money back and take your broken bed back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have been waiting for more than a month for the wrong part now I have to wait even longer for the right part for them to fix the bed and continue with severe back muscle spasms as I have problems with my back. I spoke to Mr Lonnie he called them and said he would only refund me for the mattress. What I'm going to do with a half working base. I don't want this half mattress set I just want my full money back

    Good product - great marketing - challenging logistics and customer service.

    If I were writing a review solely based on the product (king size A8, split) this review would be 4.5 - 5 stars. We are 8 weeks in with it, and find it very comfortable. Other than defective remotes (that they replaced) no issues.

    Unfortunately, the delivery/set-up piece of my transaction was a mess. I did receive some compensation, but when you invest $7,000+ on a piece of furniture you expect accurate and dependable service.

    In a nutshell, Personal Comfort's "15-25 day" shipping policy (see footer of website) was not kept. Not even close. Further more, after multiple inquiries I learned that their third-party delivery/set-up company (*******) apparently outsourced the job to another company. From what I understand, they had not been paid, so refused to deliver my product.

    To make matters more frustrating, I paid $250 for their set-up services and the crew admittedly had never set up this product before. They stated that they "watched most of a YouTube video" on their way over; which may be the reason they didn't show up until 5pm. Three hours later, with my involvement and assistance, the bed was done.

    Getting my set-up fee refund took multiple emails and many weeks.

    My wife and I have never been comfortable in our personal comfort bed and when the pump went out it's been close to two months and the pump hasn't arrived yet. The customer service rep I guess is assigned to your specific case and you have to stay with the same one throughout the whole process but my rep needs to be at the least reprimanded but better yet terminated. When she said she was sending out a label for me to send the pump back for repairs it was never sent and I had to email again asking where was my label and what was the hold up when it could just be emailed and printed out. I've gotten attitude from her and even blamed for the delay as if I don't have a full time job and her job is to help me not me help her. My wife and I have been in constant pain since all this has happened and spending over $4,000 for this type of treatment never again. I don't know who has the best bed or the best customer service but you should run from Personal Comfort Beds, I don't care if the bed is free, run and run fast
