We purchased our new home in Falcon Lakes, a super neighborhood and expected the home to be the “best” in this type of market. From before we moved in there were problems noted with lights not working properly. First before the microwave issue was they put a 50 volt on a 30 volt dryer and we could not use it for a week until they came out. First day in home using microwave it flipped breaker off and entire living room. Then our fireplace stopped working due to parts inside melting. No one wants to take responsibility except to come out and check fireplace and blame the fireplace people. Four parts melted in the fireplace. Our back porch stopped working then it works. I don’t think that is the way a house should work and surprised it passed inspection. I’m giving them a 2 because their tech was nice to come out 5-6 times to fix multiple things. No pride in their work. I’ve built new homes over past 30 years and never experienced this kind of failure. Find another service.
