    I have used SDC Exteriors twice now, Both times they have showed up on schedule and done excellent work. I have hired them to install new roof's on my house and garage, repair some siding and install a large window for me. I am very pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism they put into my home repairs, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Service on installation of insulated steel doors. Two years ago I had two insulated steel doors installed in my home. Recently developed a problem with not being to employ the deadbolt or latch on one of the doors, and employ the deadbolt on the second door. The latch on the second door is starting to drag. I contacted him by phone and asked him to come to look at the doors and repair the problems. I couldn't secure my front door. He stated that he would come and look for the problem I called a third time after two weeks and got a voice-mail. I again asked on the voice-mail to come out and repair the doors. That I was willing to pay to have it done. Now, after two business days, he has failed to contact me and schedule a time. I can't secure my front door, and the second door is starting to do the same thing as the first. The only thing that is securing the front door is a storm door that can be easily defeated by breaking the window. I emphasized all three times that I couldn't secure the front door, and since he installed the doors, that I preferred he look at them, as he could most probably find the problem and effect repairs. Again, I was willing to pay for this service and told him that I would.
