This business operates in the animals best interest but does not take into account your best interest. I had brought my 2 dogs in to get a standard shot update. For one dog it was rabies, bordatella, and lepto. For the other it was only bordatella and lepto. Once i got my animals into the exam room they had immediately drew blood from the dogs for a heartworm test without asking me about it or telling me what they were doing. One of my dogs had an eye infection and they had rudely insisted that i get medicine for his eye when the eye infection will go away on its own as it has before. When i had asked how much it was the Dr. stated that it wasnt inexpensive but it wasnt expensive. So i asked again how much it was. When she returned with the medicine and the the bill it was 48 extra dollars and 20 dollars for pain medicine and when i had said i cant afford it she had insisted that i apply for a credit type situation where i pay off the price over 6 months. The total price was $210. I had declined the credit and i was forced to sign an AMA or an "against medical advice" form. When i had finally agreed to pay for the eye medicine i got to the counter to pay and was presented with a bill of $327. The $210 was only for 1 dog. The heartworm test that they had performed had cost $45 for each dog amd they had only needed an update on their shots. The owner of this business is Dr. Julie ***** and she was the one who had seen my dogs that day. She is rude and when you cant afford something she will make you feel as if you are the worst animal owner. Do not go here for your animals medical care. They do not care about what you can afford and will conduct testing without telling you about it.
