  I was rescheduled twice. They did not call to tell me they were putting off my work for a. Entire week. I had to call them as I was waiting for them to arrive. They tore down my fence in one side of my property so they could get their equipment in. They left the fence and the gate and posts with the concrete still attached, on the ground. I addition, they broke my sprinkler system , leaving a sprinkler he’d with hose attached on the ground. Now I have to pay a large amount of money to repair these. Terrible way to do business. I would find someone else if I were to do this over. They are uncaring of my position and refuse to help me at all with these repairs, saying this is what was in the contract.

  We apologize for the scheduling delay as the weather would not allow us to perform the work and other customers were delayed as well. Initially, we sent the estimate to the Ms. N******* to read and sign for the excavation. After we received the signed estimate along with the Terms & Conditions of said estimate, we proceeded to excavate on her property. However, during the excavation we needed access to the yard and to gain access we had to remove a section of fence. The removal was required to complete the job. The fence was taken down in a small section and laid aside for replacement. To say we "tore" down the fence would be an inaccurate statement. The sprinkler system was not marked to indicate where the sprinkler heads were located and after we dug them up we repaired 5 of the 6 heads at no additional charge to our customer. Per our "Terms & Conditions" it is stated that "A-1 will not be responsible for any damages or problems arising from striking, working near, or removing equipment for a sprinkler system". Ms. N******* was asked if she read the Terms & Conditions and she stated that she hadn't read them. As far as our reimbursing our customer for the repairs, we will stand behind our Terms & Conditions and reimbursement will not be an option.

  I’m so sorry I don’t remember the young man’s name that came to our house, but he was so pleasant and polite. He came on very short notice and we can’t thank him enough. He did a great job. Thank you again!

  Had a great experience with this company. I thought I had a pipe leaking possibly below my foundation and when the guy came out he determined that he didn’t think that’s what it was and proceeded to check the exterior and found a leak in the sprinkler pipe. So he said he was going to run the camera thru my pipes which would’ve cost me extra and only charged a service fee. Honest work is appreciated!

  Sam came in and went right to work. Had my drain unclogged in no time. And left no mess behind. He then suggested that perhaps I would want my main drain ran through while he was here too as it had been several years since it had been cleaned out and they got several large tree roots out the last time. I let him go ahead and he said yes he got some big tree roots again from the main drain. He probably saved me from calling them again very soon to work on that. I also appreciate the fact that they always get someone out here very fast when I call them. Like I am a very important customer to them. And they always get the job done that they are sent to do. Sam was clean, nicely dressed, and very polite, on time and ready to get right to work. Mary Self

  Very honest company that quotes the price before arriving and doesn't change the price after showing up. The service technician, D'Montai was very courteous and asked to see where the problem was. He immediately went to his truck and got the needed equipment to do the job. He was very conscience to ensure he didn't track anything into our home and after finishing the job it was spotless where he had worked to open our drain.

  Adrian C. was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Adrian solved our problem and portrayed an actual love for his job while doing so. We will be using A-1 Sewer and Septic for any plumbing repairs in the future.

  A-1 has always provided excellent service. We've had a couple of emergencies over the years and they come within a few hours of our call. Now we do yearly maintenance and they are always pleasant and polite. Our main line is challenging to access and there is never a complaint.
