              I signed up for a year contract and was told I would be emailed before the contract expired, I wasn't. Which is fine, but I have since tried to cancel the membership and can't seem to get anyone that can help me cancel.

              I started service before coming hit. Even then it was hard for me to get in to see anyone as I work during the week so I have a ton of credits. Then covis hit. I asked several times to have my plan put on hold and was told an "account manager" would call me back. No one ever did. After basically having to tjreaten legal action, my acct was placed on hold. Not it's active again. I wanted to schedule service but ONLY with a vaccinated person. Was told they don't disclose who is vaxxed or not. So it's not safe. Asked to put account on hold again. Was told someone would be in contact. Get text saying someone vaxxed is available... only it's not when I am. I asked to get refunded for unused sessions because this is insane. Someone was supposed to call back in 72 hours. No one did.

              This customer has been spoken to and handled numerous times and again yesterday on 8/31/21. We have copious notes on her account detailing the multiple conversations and what we did with her account was consistent with her wishes. Her account was paused in Jan 2021 and has remained paused to this day.

              She also posted a google review yesterday and gave our company a 1 star review. After our location manager spoke to her and explained that we would detail the facts as a response to her review and the facts as they happened would be truthful and accurate. She apparently ended up take the post off of google. She also has other 1 star reviews on other companies on google.

              We have done everything we can along the way that we do for every clients. Sometimes individuals cannot be made happy but we do try our very best.
